Anyone have any idea how many times we need to bring items? Or is it just as many as you can/want? I don't see an achievement thing

It's basically the non-battler option. While people are whittling down the boss' health, you're basically meant to be whittling down your sP to help. I don't know how many times you should be doing it, but if you're already doing a decent amount of damage in the battling, it probably isn't as important.
Its always like that! Your only supposed to be able to use two I believe. It just never loads any time you try to use more than two. Been like that for awhile If I'm recalling right. (I'm very tired)
I just realized I've only done about .2% of damage to her. I'd need ten times what I'm doing so far(70k > 700k) to get up to just 1 full percent. Being in the top 10% of battlers at the end just became a pipe dream ;_;

that's what i noticed too, but i mean, is that "normal" or a bug, noone is able to use more than 2 at any time as per the rules or just because it's too laggy tonight?
Fireside Vanilla Scented Candle are really great for fire items. They are super cheap and a ton of people have them in bulk. Any of the fireside items work.
You probably tryed to use too many weapons/items at once. Only use two and it should work.
Her Ethereal Armor is really annoying. Looks like it equates to wasted battles because I do 0 effective damage.
I am (barely) doing the battle and I've done helped Connor out twice so far. Do I need to keep bringing Mathis stuff or is two times enough? It's sooooo expensive. It hurts me to drop several hundred k and not really see anything in return ): How many times are ya'll going to do it?
if anyone needs some 'fire' items, i've donated a bunch to the dc
I have a feeling that the 'breaks' are actually like levels. Like we can beat it now and in a few hours it will reset it's health or a new challenger or will appear and we'll go through this again.

smh i can't even battle? like I've been trying to fight but I can't even make a move, the fight has been loading for ten minutes.

that has to be one of the most beautiful drawings i've seen in subeta!! i want all of it!!!! by the way, never really battled, don't know if anyone can help me but, as soon as i select more than 1 thing in "your weapons" and make my turn, a "loading" bar appears at the top and stays there doing nothing forever... if i go back out it says i am already in a battle, and if i wait it says i was iddle for over 5 minutes and need to start again :/ anyone else? i am on chrome!
Well, i made the healer rich... I still dunno about those "Breaks" mentioned earlier, but that boss health is going down quite fast

I think they do that sometimes when we wear down the boss's HP faster than the battle admins planned. They go in and tweak values like that, or sometimes they completely heal the boss. :|

Ugh, the Lantern Flare heals 5000 suddenly? And rain of tears 2500? Is it...normal the healing goes skyrocket the weaker the boss gets? First time i actually participate in boss battle.
is there anything about the non-battler alternative yet ? bc i'm...so not about this.

More info regarding the 25k damage cap:
The cap's only for crafting! and it's more of a soft cap, because damage will still be done to the boss. i'm not really anticipating many people hitting it, to be honest, because it'll take a lot of quests to hit it!

So are these Connor/Mathis quests just for us non-battlers... Cause I did one and nothing happened after the time was up. We don't get nothing for doing the quest?

For those that are worried their pets are making no damage that heal she does only counts in YOUR match not her overall health so that damage is still being taken off her total amount. Or atleast thats how it's worked before lol.
Give me just a few more minutes to finish going over-r-r the next r-r-r-recipe.

I have to go to sleep now since I have work tomorrow. Hopefully doing 3 of Mathias and Connor's little quests will be enough for now. Might get up early to see whats happened so far. At least I'm done work by 5pm subeta time tomorrow so hopefully the battle isn't done completely by then. :/
And now that I bitched about it she stopped healing all together. Lmao. Looks like I get to do 100 losses; that'll be about the 25k damage limit the non-battlers get, and I think I can handle that. :D Only at 22 losses, though, so it'll be a loooooong night. ALSO. WTF. spoke too soon
