My favorite Subeta memory is spending evenings with my best friend (at her house) trying to earn as much sP as possible to work on achievements. We always tried to make a game out of who could get the most achievements and often time I was always falling behind despite spending hours trying to work on them. It was something we did at least once a week and honestly those were some of the most special moments for me with Subeta. This site has always been a wonderful little secret of mine and even though we both have grown up since then, it is something we will always have in common.

I think I would love to see more in depth plots and events come back. I feel like some of the really cool ones that draw people back to the site. The holidays tend to do that as well but things that give people that itch to come back on and work towards something.

Thank you for creating and working on such an incredible site. I am so grateful for a place that I can check out of life and relax on.

My favorite is the Advent Calendar especially the surprise items every day! I really liked the two 'bonus' gifts from years gone by!

I joined Subeta because I saw someone's pet profile coded so beautifully, but my eyes immedately went to the treasures. I thought that was SO cool and immediately made a pet to start their collection. I had a blue kanis and rainbow swampie and collected all sorts of things for them. It was one of the first times I made an OC (:

While I'm coming up on my 15th year on Subeta, it was my friend Stripes who pulled me back into it. The Luminaire celebrations and seeing gifts under the Tree are favorite memories of mine, especially now that I'm alone and find it hard to celebrate the season IRL.

I would love to see a Riftborn version of the Malticorn. They're my favorite Pet and I'd love to get all its variations one day.

It would have to be when I first started playing this game. My best friend and I had just gone through a rough patch and were slowly building trust in each other again, and the way we did that was games. Left 4 dead was a major one, so was dead by daylight, but the most important one was this little pet site called Subeta. It felt so daunting being the newbie when it felt like everyone else had been here forever, and now here I am, just having completed my seventh year in a row of doing the same Luminaire gift forum.

A comeback of Plots. Two of them I wasnt around for and the one i was, i was too new to the site to realize its significance. I'm not asking for new plots, altho that'd be great; I want previous plots to return for a short while and be replayable

When my irl friend first introduced me to subeta, we went over to her house and made HA's on her laptop while watching Jersey Shore. Such a core 2009 memory and it was like the best dressup game ever, I was immediately hooked lmao

My fond memory of this site is the real life events, like creating a Subeta themed pumpkin and other events, I know I've entered a few. The triva game made us work for the answers, got us talking and looking around the site. I remember going to Downtown Disney for a Subeta meetup and met Keith. My friends from Neopet introduced me to this site.

Well, I would love to see the battle coliseum get some love. You guys do a great job with the monthly challengers, but long time battlers would love to see a stat increase. Nothing wild and crazy but that would give us something to look forward to achieve.

I would love to see the return of plots, they were an absolute highlight on subeta. a few more tweaks in the battle coliseum, maybe more items in battle shop. higher stat cap or the ability to somehow use our stacked EXP.

My favorite memory of Subeta is playing with a small group of folks during the Masquerade, specifically the Masquerade 2013 while the plot was happening! It was so much fun, and it really made me feel invested in what was happening. It also helped me meet some fantastic folks I wouldn't trade for the world, even if most of them have scattered to the winds of time.

I would love to see the return of holiday plots. Even if they're small, not needing to be some grand massive thing with new art or anything, but just letting us see that these NPCs have something behind them and that the holidays have their own actual lore and aren't just boring anagrams of real world holidays. I love this site most when it has a story to tell.

16 Years ago when I first sign-up for Subeta I got locked out immediately for unknown reasons. Sent a support and instantly had my account unlocked the next day. Thanks Sierra (and the team of course)! That impression has never left me ever since.

Bookmarks. The Bookmarks function on the legacy site is so good you can put any link you like (from a Vault page with a very specific filter setup, to fansites!) Although you can use Notepad as a workabout, I still missed it on the Kumos site.

Or a better way to maintain Bathhouse streaks lol (i.e. widget/ e-mail reminders, Gold User perks). Busy life kinda makes it hard to maintain the 300 days not gonna lie but that's probably a bit too much lol.

The Battle of Bands. I wasn't a fan of the scoring/prize distribution, but the idea itself was great, and it was a lovely way for users who wouldn't normally socialize to bond over a shared idea, music preferences and such; to create something together. I was in a cat-themed band with strangers but it felt like talking to friends for a moment.

There's too many memories here..! From all the friends I've made, to all the time I poured into my subeta pets...... but my most thankful thing to gain from this site is my experience with digital art. I joined 19 years ago, when I was only using my dad's computer, his mouse, and trusty o' MS paint (the old version when there wasn't so much functions). I doodled freebies after freebies until I was told to do commissions. And honestly the commissions I've done on this site had the best community to draw for. I grew up with this site and I don't think I'd ever stop for as long as it's available.

I've played on and off for AGES. I had an older account I lost the login for and I'm glad I just signed up again. I've got so many fond memories - mostly playing on my own but still something is connecting me to this platform and I'm grateful it's still there for me to get back to ♥

One of my fondest memories spans into the time where Trivia was a thing - I remember there was a token shop restock announced with a going to get released. I was strangely hyped because in my timezone it was difficult getting to witness something live. I was up the whole night and I even blogged my experience on a toy-website for kids. It made me so happy I've never let this feeling go. And I will continue to participate because over the years, with the community as lovely and nice, with all the events (I LOVE the very first pandemic too!), all the love and hard work from staff during all the shit happening out in real life - I'm forever grateful for you all.

I'd love to see a system where I can get back and collect past "dailies" for a little payment (sP, a favor/NPC Quest, etc.) like the bathpool visits or holiday collections as life can't be always nice and forgiving to get back onto the site daily. I've lost my streaks many many times and some hardships last year made me getting to melody on a regular basis impossible.

I enjoyed the plotlines. On those days I was more engaged in the site. Also everytime I get to finish a pets' profile page made me feel good. Getting all the treasure items/story/looks/ art/personality done.

Something I'd Love to See

Like some of the other users that stated this, I'll also be glad to see the plotlines coming back. I think they can also help some/or many certain users (with social difficulties ,like me) to engage in the forums better, in a sub post that is dedicated to discussing the plot/story that is going on. It will give a bit more "meat" to the lurkers to talk about than the usuall dance/bite/gift event posts.

Also, If I may add a more new idea, how about helping to expose users' HAs and pet profiles in a more "gallery" kind of way(?), not competitive. Like... having catagories, like anime/fashion/fantasy/artistic, have it spread to like... 5 pages(?) and after some time move on to more entries, and have a direct button to it on the upper bar(?) (gives fast easy access, not hidden in sections), have an option to comment on those entries, but in a more engaging way? It's a concept idea... still needs workshop. I just always though about how much work some people put into their HA/profiles and pets and almost all of that goes unnoticed, and it's a shame. I also kinda view at as something that can show the amount of users on the site and give a less lonely feeling, and maybe for the more quite users give another way to want to engage with other users by finding comment intrests in those catagories. Personaly words are difficult for me (forums), so maybe a visual option will work better.. :x
