btw. Shop events for Kumos purchases still not coming in. I only notice them by chance, when I need to scroll down far enough to reach the shop profits widget on my Dashboard. They don't yet exist on Kumos, either...
I am excited to see a different system but worried about r99s being once a month. I am a relatively new player and really liked the legacy system. Finding a r99 is still really exciting for me!
Other suggestions:
[Item=Shortbread Pup Cookie] [Item=Scruffles]
Can we please finally have some feedback on reports and questions?
What about the overflow of r80 - r99? (again: What determines if a r80 is 1 item or 10 purchasable per day?)
Spells Galore still not stocking anything besides the very same 8 items en masse. Bits and Bytes following suite with a few more.
Nothing on either thread for months now. What happened to our relations officer?

The main shops on Kumos are broken. They haven't been restocking items (last restock: 4 days!!!) I much prefer Legacy's system of restocking every 5 to 6 minutes. It's predictable. The random system reminds me of the main pet site that I left for this pet site in 2006 (due to the random restock system they implemented.) Kumos shops changed too much to be palatable. The items are more expensive (I'd have to use my discount card just to bring prices to the normal Legacy prices.) The daily limits per item have driven user shop prices way down (allowing more people to restock the same item, which causes a lot more competition in user shops.) There's not a five second rule, but there's basically a built in five second rule with how slowly the transaction moves on Kumos. I would much prefer a five second rule with no restock limits, than a built in five second rule due to slow, clunky Kumos and a restock limit.
And the shops aren't even restocking, which just makes it all so much worse.

I see that some changes have been made to the shops after my last comment. One thing that needs to be addressed is the frequency with which "rare" items restock. I see that the hard "1" limit has been changed (not sure if there's a new limit), but the rare items are restocking in numbers and frequently. The same rarity 99 items should not be restocking with each restock. For example, Disclower Seed should not restock in 2s and 3s, and I shouldn't see it more than once a day, if that. This is just one example. So I think rarity/frequency on Kumos needs to be addressed, otherwise the system will be flooded with higher rarity items (also driving user shop prices down.)
Some main shop prices appear to be higher, but I guess that's a trade-off for removing hard "1" limit?
I'd like to know what the new limits are when you restock a certain number of items (like a five second rule.) It looks like I hit a barrier when I restocked 200 items, but I don't see where it's communicated.

The shops seem a bit broken. There are so many items with multiples, and it makes me wonder if that's preventing other items from restocking.
I left the site for over 2 hours to reset my forced delay between restocks, and it did not reset. I only restocked worthless items to hit that threshold in the first place. Where can we find clearly defined parameters for these forced delays? I thought it would reset after a 2+ hour period offsite, but that no longer appears to be the case.
