I'm in that same boat. My subscription usually renews on the 4th each month but no renewal. I didn't get a charge either so.... Luckily, I was able to do a GA option for the two people I do every month so they will not be affected while it gets fixed.

Do Buddy GAs still work? I assume because the issue is with payment and not the GAs themselves? Or am I incorrect?

Also buying csc works still as well and that's what I did to buy a gold account medal from the csc shop. I think I'll continue to do that in the future, just to be safe all together.

I have a few questions about this problem that has happened with the gold accounts. I have a Quester gold account and it says it will auto renew on 5/30/2025, will mine automatically renew on that day or what will I have to do? Before the problem occurred I had a lot of days left on my account that was suspended due to my Quester account and now all of them has disappeared. I got the free gift of the one week free gold account medal last week and today I got a notice telling me that my gold account will expire in 3 days. Will I have to buy another Gold Account Medal to keep my gold account up to date and wait until my auto renewal takes effect on the 30th and will my auto renewal take effect on the 30th or not due to the problem experienced? If anybody knows please let me know as soon as possible, thank you in advance.

Wondering when there's going to be an official update this? I was able to resubscribe a few days ago, but I know the new stamp card was delayed as a result and needs to be rescheduled?

I never got my subscription item because it decided to not renew. And I still can't resubscribe. Will I be compensated for that? The item is really cute :(

• Your gold account has expired. --> It should have renewed today, but since I knew about the problems, I thought to wait and see.
• I had about 3 months + something days of GA left (I think those were from before I started my subscription, and some free days that were added on and off for several years), which is why I thought to let the subscription go for while until everything was sorted out, and use up the time that was still left from before I started a subscription again. But it expired, so all the time left is gone. I wish I had taken a screenshot of it...
• the fact that it still expired today, does it mean that there are still problems, or is it normal that all of them need to finish first, before re-subscribing again? [edit] leftover GA time disappearing was fixed via ticket!

Small update on my end - I never resubscribed but today I have a charge showing as $30 to Subeta, so I'm being charged for two months subscription time when I had to use a buddy gold to get any of the GA benefits.

Did you guys get it fixed for those of us that got canceled on entirely can resub or not? Because Keith said he was working on it still but we haven't gotten any updates.

I was able to resubscribe last night ($5) then got an email telling me I was charged an additional $10 several hours later presumably from the original subscription I had that didn't go through in May (did not get any in-game notifications, CSC, etc from the $10 charge). I thought it would be okay because the subscription page gave no indication that I had a currently running subscription when I went to renew last night. I've already opened a ticket but wanted to post about it in case someone else was thinking about resubscribing without resolving last month's subscription bug first.
