omg if you <3 fries an cheese curds the bestest in the westest lol than pour gravy to melt curd ...... an the cheese stretch is unreal wowzers. I <3 to sprinkle smoked bacon on top with some little green onions ...... you can mix match put whatever you want as topper . Seriously though you guys really gotta try em if you ever come here. Or like I said just try making them yourself then try ours . Cause everyone does different gravy /poutine sauce :) dang now I really really want some ... nothing beats a poutine trust me its wicked awesomesauce .
