Heterochromia is a difference of eye colors. The most portrayed is one eye of one , the other a different. But there are also a kind that covers portions of the same iris, sections, halves, speckles, and rings. The terms are easy to search for, the kind mine have is central, where the outer edge is one color, with the inner contrasting.

Mine own eyes are green/brown, outside/inside. Mine have seen the green fade and intensify over time. It's rare, 1 in 200k zo mine made it a detail only Vioran Soldiers have.

that's a rad mutation. As a teen I had a noticeable gold ring around my pupil with the rest being grey/blue but now in my 40s I barely see it. I had no idea there was a name for it. Yet another recessive gene I've apparently collected from the DNA of others.

I've not tried prickly pear sorbet and I've never made anything but soft serve ice cream with the help of a machine.

Therein lies mine observation, "What good is being different, if attention goes to the same old thing."

Mine does use an ice cream churning machine, but have had to resort to manual turning after the motor seized.
