Sorry for all the chaos before your vacation🥹 I hope yiu have a wonderful vacation😀😎
You are so wonderfully organized. More on your plate than most, love the way you handle it all. Just hope you are getting enough rest before you go on holiday. Thank you doubly for the dances with me you found the time for!
Thank goodness all is working out so you can go enjoy one of your favorite places in the world without worry.

If I claimed and missed you please tell me.
thats one heck of a drive but I'm glad you found a partner to fill in!
Thank you so much, that's so nice to ask! But no need, really, last time I looked I had 91k Steamwork trinkets, LOL.

Thank you, my dear, I wish we would be already there, the drive up north is demanding, much traffic and road works on the highways and then we have to drive through the Elb Tunnel where always is a 15 miles jam. And then, we have to board the Sylt Shuttle, a car-carrying train, because the island can only be reached via one of the shuttles or by ferry from Denmark (so we would have to cross the border). And there is jam, too, even when you booked a space. So I would prefere the Ruby Red Shoes very much, LOL.
I wish I could have swung you around much more, love, Masq being my most loved event, too. You looked so beautiful in your dancing outfits.
Thank you, sweetie. Hope the weather will be a bit warmer then - scientists say it's the most warm year since weather records are done but we had to sit at the fireside the last days because it was that cold here - in June! Hope we have warm weather until Nov then to make up for it, LOL.
Yes, I am so happy I have no months of rent loss now, that would have been a bugger and would have prevented us going to Sylt in winter again when it would have been a money sink.

High praise from someone that looks so lovely every day. Thank you. Almost sounds like you need split second timing for everything to fall into place on your journey,
I hope the traffic is better this year for you😊 I will gladly send you some of my heat. It will be 92 degrees F/ 33.33 degress C. I hope it nice weather for your vacation❤️
Ahhhhhh ..... hugs
Wow, that`s hot ..... it´s 13 degrees Celsius here now. Normally, in June, 22 - 26.

Wow, that is chilly! 70 degrees F sounds awesome tho for normal summer weather. It was a high of 65 degrees F in the winter here. What is the high temperature in August there?
80 - 85 F in August normally but depends, we had years where it was much hotter and others where it rained all month, LOL. Sitting again here at the fireplace, brrrrrr, LOL

I am in shorts with AC on🥲 Usually 98 degrees F here in August 🤯
Again, we are sitting in front of the fireplace, LOL. We had a heavy thunderstorm overrunning the nearby village this morning with a lot of fire department effort clearing the leftovers and extinguish the fires and some miles aways here, we had sun and didnt know anything about the tempest. Weather is strange.

I am glad you are fine and safe❤️ So sorry for the other people!

We are leaving tomorrow early morning for Sylt. Contests will be a bit slow in the next 4 weeks then. We are back Monday, 22cd of July. Sending love!

Have a safe trip! It looks INCREDIBLE and like an absolute dream.
It's the home of our hearts..... always longing to be there when away.
I so WISH we were already there - we just found out that there is one of the European Football Championships games at 3pm in Hamburg and we have to ride past the city to drive through the Elb Tunnel around this time....... It'll be so much traffic! We'll drive an hour earlier than normally but no idea if this is enough.

Oh gosh that sounds awful traffic wise! I was stuck downtown yesterday and the Argentina vs Canada game was being hosted at our stadium....traffic. was. awful. and it was SIX HOURS BEFORE anything started. Madness everywhere and I know they'll be showing the European ones at every single spot downtown too in the coming weeks!
Yes, I am a bit shocked right now, too, LOL, but we hope for the best.
The journey there can't be more demanding than the one years ago when we started Christmas Eve morning and got black ice without forewarning. We thought our temperature indicator would be messed up because temperature dropped every five minutes 1 degree Celcius more. Then, black ice, snow, hail, trucks toppled over, roads blocked and the last Sylt Shuttle over was scheduled for 6pm. Spot landing there for us 5.59, LOL. We had 5 kitties with us and nobody would have had space to take us in at Christmas on the mainland. We were sooooo thankful we reached the car-carrying train just in time and no harm done!

oh my gosh how scary and overwhelming! we don't even have car carrying trains so when a snowstorm shut down the entire city (all the snow fell in the span of like 30 minutes) everyone left their cars in the middle of the highway. They sent students home early without notice so buses got stuck, parents all got on the roadway to get home at once, the like 3 salt trucks we have couldn't get through. I had friends stuck a few miles from home for 10 hours.
