When i try and lookup a username or a pet name (that are in use) it keeps saying: 'nothing found'.

I am having the same problem.

I noticed this beginning of November and it is paired with shop search not showing suggestions for/completing item names (that started on October 31st). The latter we've had happening before in 2020 and 2021

Sure, you can! Just go back to your tree where your presents are listed and click on their name to bring up their profile. :)

Same issue... for months...

Is there any workaround to this? I have a few pet names I'd like to search up to see if they're in use before I create a new pet.
