What you do: go into your google document

Use Alt key plus slash key ( Alt+/ ) to access the menus - this puts you in a field for 'search menus' and you can type access to get the accessibility menu. The first checkbox on that menu will let you turn on screen reader support in gdocs.

So not fun!! When the dentist we had gone to for years died, this other dentist bought the practice and we went back there once and the guy's hands were huge!! - actually, Google is pretty good about accessibility. There is a learning curve, of course, but it's not terrible. Now, Twitter and FB are completely different animals. They both pay lip service to accessibility and that's as far as it goes. :D

You got me thinking about funny things my little brother did. One time our family was on a long drive and 20 - 30 minutes into the drive my dad decided to stop and get gas and I looked at my brother and he was chewing something so I said, mom what's he eating? My mom turned around and immediately put her hand out and told him to spit it out. It was broccoli from our dinner that he had stored in his cheek. 😂 He always kept us laughing! :-D
