hey guys sorry for being mia for the past week or so.. been struggling with my time. i have way more i want to do then time in the dang day and i was also sadly sick for a few days. i think i will not be here everyday anymore.. i sadly don't have 3 hrs to spare everyday to get everything done just on here.. plus with the approach of spring i will hopefully be outside more.. but there is still a few months before that arrives.

No another crazy busy week. But i just opened a letter from my insurance company and it looks like they dropped or were dropped by my dental office so I may not have to get the crown replacement tomorrow. :-) I'll have to do it at some point but maybe when life isn't being so hectic. :-P

I get it. <3 But remember to give yourself some time for doing stuff you enjoy. I can do my bare minimum here in an hour so maybe you just need to not do so much.

I'm sorry about the insurance problem but if you do have to postpone hopefully you'll have more time to chill a bit.

My older dog is 13. I have the back door open and they are enjoying the weather outside. It is fun seeing them play and the Mack, the younger one, follow Emma around.

- Wow! You make me feel lazy. If I may ask, what do you use to write? MS Word? Scrivener? or just plain Notebook? Hubby got me Scrivener as he heard it's accessible but it has a steep learning curve, so I've avoided it. I have heard a lot of good stuff about it, though, so I'm thinking of tackling it and moving my stuff from Wordpad. Are you on GoodReads?Almost forgot, Holly Gibney is coming back! SK is releasing a book in September where she is the main character. :D

- omg, lmao! Boys are so funny when you try to potty train them. My youngest told me one evening that he had to go. So I took him in the bathroom and put him on the pot. A bit later the hubby asked me where the boy was. I realized I hadn't heard from him in a while, which was worrying. So, I went in the bathroom and found him asleep , pants down still, curved arount the toilet. XD He did go in the pot first, though. 😆

Oh, 13 is quite a bit older. Cute that Mack follows Emma around! My cats like to be near each other, but as much as when they were kittens. None of my parents' cats really like any of the others. xP

ROTFL!! That's hilarious! Zzzzzzz 😂 My brother woke early from a nap once and went into the bathroom and put everything he could open on top of his head. I was in the backyard with my parents and watching them work on the yard and we heard my brother scream so we all ran in the house to see him with all of the creams, lotions, etc. dripping down into his eyes. And of course I never did anything wrong, Ever. ;-) :-D

Yes, my hubs, daughter and I all watched it. But my daughter and I were also playing on our phones. I was really only interested in the half-time show, but it was disappointing. I like Rihanna ok, but it was pretty boring.

I wish I'd been doing a lot of writing, I've been doing a lot of trying to write and only a bit of actually writing.

Poetry is great! It takes a lot more focus to write than fiction, on the details of each phrase and so on, so it's a good way to get started

I write pretty much all of my fiction in google docs, so I can seamlessly go from desktop PC to laptop PC to my phone on the same piece, and also it helps me keep track of versioning. Then when done I download it as an epub and put it in calibre for storage. I've never used scrivener. I use ms word occasionally for work documents. I use notepad++ occasionally for writing computer code or composing comments for posting to message boards (like this one).

yea i haven't been on for more then to do bathhouse and a few dailes. been reading and trying to keep the damn house clean but now hubby has the rona :O it's finally got us. trying to not get it but we'll see.

- my oldest son was like that. We had to put everything beyond his reach because, even though he was told not to, he would investigate every kind of item that was in a bottle, bag, or box. I think it's they are curious and I understand that. I just didn't want to spend the evening at the ER because he decided the Windex looked like kool-aid. XD Oh, I'm sure you were the absolute picture of innocense. lmao 😂

- Never would have guessed Google Docs. I use that when I want constructive criticism or editing help on a piece. I'm going to dig further into it's capabilities. :) Holly is one of King's best characters. :D

- the abililty to collaborate with others easily is a big draw to the app. It is screen reader friendly so I've tried it out.XD I couldn't figure out how to get the screen reader to view the menu or anything else besides the open, blank document. Technology is so useful until it isn't. lol :D

- he was my wild baby. The windex wasn't the worst he did. One year, while stringing Christmas lights, my ex plugged them in to check for blown bulbs. My son looked at the lights, smiled, and exclaimed, "Candy!" Before I could catch him, he picked up the string of lights and bit one. He crunched that sucker right off the string. I quickly checked his mouth for the glass and got every piece I could find out. Then I picked him up and we spent the night in the ER trying to find out if he had actually swallowed any. Luckily, he hadn't. He was 2 when that happened. He's 28 now and still as bad. Boys! They are the bane of my existence. lmao Yeah, I'm sure it was only boys that tarnished your halo. rofl! :D <3
