I used to love sunflower seeds and melon seeds!

Now they feel too salty and drying but I could eat them non stop as a kid x)

No picture, but I used to love Triscuits with cheese when I was a kid. I would arrange a whole plate of them, put a small piece of cheese on each cracker and then bake them for a few minutes so the cheese would melt. So yummy!

Unfortunately my mom basically raised me on junk food. Pizza was probably my favorite, green olive with extra cheese. Chips (or crisps if you're British) are another of my favorites, I personally prefer corn chips but will eat pretty much any kind. But honestly if you gave me a buffet of all the junk food in the world from one day to the next what I would pick would change one day to the next, except you sure can bet, I would always add a side of bacon. Honestly I very rarely have bacon but lets be honest there's nothing better.

Kimchi fried rice with Spam or bacon is delicious! Budae jjigae (Korean army base stew) features ramen and Spam, and is great drinking food.

Oh yeah! Add some green onions and a dab of kimchee to the spam ramen and you have exactly my current junk food obsession. Though I do love me some spam musubi, and I will never outgrow mac 'n cheese with spam.

When my siblings and i went to the store with our mom we always got the Hirsch Lolly near the check out, I have not seen theses in a store in years!

something to drink that i can't even find a picture of, probably because we never called it by the brand name that i do not remember, but we called it Bärchen Getränk (Little Bear drink) because the bottles looked like big gummy bears, you could get green or red and we all preferred green XD i remember theses only vagely since i was quite a bit yunger when they where removed from the stores.

and last but not least my Favorite ice cream, well you can still find tha flavour but they never taste like this one did, it's bubblegum we always just called it blue, and the shop owner gave us little gummy bears on top. i was so sad when it closed. i've tried so many different bubblegum ice creams but none where as good as that one. my siblings and i even have a promise that if any of us finds one of theses that we will tell ech other XD

omg white rabbit candies! i remember back then i'd try to rip off the transparent wrapper because i thought it was inedible hahaha. haven't had them in YEARSSSS.

omg haw flakes, they were so yummy. 100% sure i ate them even when i wasn't sick xD

there were also these Want Want Rice Crackers too. they were so unhealthy lol...

Since we have kinda steered into the realm of childhood I figured why not stick with it? Games have been a huge part of my life as I was a kid with a huge imagination and so many books I could check out at once (again not the dinosaurs just the Pharaohs). So I would like for you to please share with me your favorite game(s) from your childhood. It can be a board, card, or video game. Or one you made up or that is just a group one like Red Rover. Just what game did you love when you were younger? Also, be prepared I will probably revisit this in the future as I am still an avid gamer lol

My Example:

Legend Of Zelda: A Link To The Past This is still my favorite game franchise. I have played and beaten every game and yes I have very strong opinions about some of the games lol. But this is the very first one I ever got from a yardsale and got to play and beat on my own, WITHOUT my dumb brother lol. It introduced me to Link (his name is Link he is the one in green Zelda is the princess) and his master sword and I was hooked. I spent a lot of Friday nights with Link, Zelda, and the master sword. This is still my favorite of the series.

Yoshi's Cookies Now as a child of the late 1900's I loved all the Mario games. 3 being superior in my opinion. But I really loved Yoshi from the moment I saw him. Then I found out he had a game all of his own and it had cookies in it. I was sold. This took up a lot of weekends as I would play against my family members and friends for high scores of GLORY!

My favorite game when I was a kid was Clue! I could play for hours! I was definitely very into solving puzzles and mysteries of any kind. It bothers me though that this version is now being referred to as the "vintage" or "retro" version. 😭

Marvel vs Capcom - I'd always play as Chun Li or Morrigan xD

There were a lot of games I loved! I love Tekken, Metal Gear Solid, Final Fantasy, and Zelda (the one I played was Ocarina of Time)! But the ones that were most special to me (and I actually completed!) were FF7 and Kingdom Hearts 💕

My husband and I have been absolutely SHOTGUNNING Crisis Core. I love it. It's just easy enough so that I can play and have actual fun! Still an absolute unit as a game. History, medical drama, guns, bears? YEAH BABY.

When I was a kid I used to love Monopoly! I mean, sure there were a lot of bitter times, but some sweet victory as well!

The very first video game I ever played (for more than a couple of minutes) was Tetris. I still love it to this day, it's the ultimate in mind numbing relaxation.

I loved Crisis Core too ❤️ But never got round to finishing it, I should play it again sometime!

While I still share 's love of Clue, one of my other favorite board games was Mouse trap. I adored making the crazy rube-Goldberg device to drop the trap and would often add pieces of my erector set and Legos, to design my own weird device and see if it would work.
