I finally went and got in bed and turned on the electric blanket. OMG! They're drilling or sanding, or something really loud, right behind me and the clock in the kitchen fell off of the wall and hit the dog water bowl. It looks fine and is still working but I'm kind of laughing as the garage clock already fell off of the wall (when they did the garage window) and broke. Luckily, I found a new one yesterday for 7.99. :-)

Read what I wrote to Flyingkat. :-D And yesterday we had no wifi for most of the day so I didn't chat as it's tricky to do from my cell phone if I need to ping more than 2 people back. And here's the story of no wifi. Philp has been taking the burglar alarms thingys off of the windows and once the new one is in place he puts it back on the window. So yesterday he took the thingy off of the sliding glass door at 9:00am and that's when Liz yelled "no TV". She was handling it ok but I suggested going shopping and she said yes. When we got home still no wifi and we thought we would have to wait until the Comcast guy came today at 1:00pm. But around 6:00pm Philip puts the burglar alarm thingy back on the door and viola the wifi comes back on. 😳 By then I had 12k steps in and was already up in bed trying to stay warm from the heat being off all day. :-P
Today I'm being as lazy as possible. :-D

I have no idea, if it was episode 217, it was probably the 217th episode? I mean even in a story based thing, probably the 217th episode of a story wouldn't make much sense if you hadn't already listened to at least quite a few of the preceding ones...

I really didn't mind about the clock in the garage breaking as I just bought a cheapo to replace it. The one in the kitchen fell off because the windows near it are in a little alcove so we didn't think to take it down. Today we took down everything in the room that the windows were being done in. :-)

LOL! I'm surprised the clock in the dog's water bowl was fine. We took everything anywhere near where they worked today.

I still can't wrap my head around the alarm and wifi signal being linked through a tiny little thing that goes on both sides of the sliding glass door. Still plan on trying to call one of the 2 companies and see if any of them have an answer. But mostly just cause it's interesting. :-D

You didn't tell me you lost 10 pounds! WTG!! Get your windows done and you'll lose more. I had creeped up a few pounds over the summer and have lost it all in the last week. 😳

I gained 12 lbs or so in the last year or two, because I eat junk food more at home than at work and haven't been exercising enough since I stopped going to the gym because Covid
