That honestly makes so much sense though. That would be my fear of getting an adult dog from a rescue. I’m all for adopting and not shopping of course. But that would definitely be a fear of mine. It seriously is the worst! That’s why they aren’t allowed in anymore. I hate it because I’d love for them all to be able to come in :/ I have one male cat who is indoor only and he never marks.

Its been a while yeah haha. Its good to hear things are going good for you :) Kids are a handful but for a lot of people it's very rewarding ^^ I had to watch my niece and nephew for a few days when we stayed over at my brother's back home for a wedding and it was okay 😅

I might be finished with pets. My mom didn't have pets at a certain point and I never could understand it but I'm beginning to learn why. That must be hard to not let the kitties in the house. At least you do have one that doesn't pee in the house.

I've been feeling the same way once mine are gone. But I feel like I could never not have at least one cat. My last fish just died recently and I finally got to tank my tank apart and put it in storage and it felt like a huge weight had been lifted off my shoulders lol. Pets are hard work D: And now with 2 kids... I just don't want more responsibilities.

I get that about the fish! I had a tank too and it felt like a relief to not have to clean it anymore. Once the kids start school it will be more free time yet more busy time as you'll be driving them around - and it will be nice to not have so many extra obligations.

Fish tanks are a pain in the rear D: I love them but I don't know if I will ever have one again. If I do it will be WAYYYY into the future lol. I can't wait for those days, get some nice peace and quiet to myself again.
