- with all our kids we had a hard time getting out for date nights. Some times, when we just couldn't get away we put the kids to bed early and had an "at home" date night. It worked wonders allowing us to sync up and simply let each other know that we're there for them. I'm glad you had a good time. :D And now you must tell me how you got that forum title. I don't think I've seen it before.

- kind of... I psyched myself up a few days ago and watched Hocus Pocus and Hocus Pocus 2. I should have stopped after the first one was over. The second proved that sequels always stink. It kind of threw a damper on things. :)

- omg, I am so sorry. Losing your games are heartbreaking. People will commiserate and tell you to find new games but it's just not the same. There are reasons you loved those games in particular and other games don't have those things. When I lost my sight I lost my mmorpgs, in particular Guild Wars and Guild Wars 2. It was like I'd lost my purpose in life and no one understood. They were all like " it's just a game" or "There are lots of other things you could do". They didn't understand. I wish I could tell you that Tai Chi would be a good substitute but at this point I'd much rather a physical Therapist help you chose what would be a healthy replacement. As far as dealing with the loss of your activities, aproach it as you would any loss. You'll find yourself going through the stages of grief.It's not easy but it will get better, slowly but surely. Sometimes I wish I had a magic wand so I could make everything ok. hugs ❤

It's a tough thing you're dealing with and trying to pull yourself back up is the best way to handle it. How did the sign turn out? Will you sell it on Etsy? I think Liz enjoyed her birthday. Her friend that came over made her french toast, sausage and scrambled eggs. Not to mention all of the gifts she got from him and us. :-D Oh and he brought her a big Oreo cake too. :-)

Us talking about our beloved kitties is making me want one. I sometimes call the chihuahua "Kitty" but it's just not the same. :-( My hump day was good - I had such good luck with parking and lines to pay today I think I should go buy a lottery ticket. :-P

I can't even imagine how hard that had to be for you. Losing your sight in a world that is mostly based on sight has to be one of the hardest things ever -hugs- My heart goes out to you.

I'm working on it. Played some games today and that helped too. I hadn't really planned on selling it in my shop though I honestly really could use some money :/ wow sounds like she had a great day.
