: Congratulations on your retirement! From what industry did you retire from, if I may ask?

: That is so cool about you and your hubby. I actually know very little about how an automobile is painted, but I gather that the paint is highly flammable and somewhat toxic and that the painter has to wear special protective gear and work in special painting rooms It sounds like working in outerspace. I admire that very much

: I tried once to mail myself to Israel to visit , but the human mail carrier shook the box with the holes in it and when I said ow! he told me to get out of the package and to go home. He said I would never survive the package-handling machinery or the high altitude flight and to save up to purchase a plane ticket.

So, are you going to resurrect that motor yourself? Will you take it completely apart? Do you have all the tools? It would be fun to hold bolts again....

I had a little cry last time because, when I was writing about my flight home from Death Valley, it was after being gone from my home for nearly six months, having grown more mature in that time, yet away from my parents and having come to terms with the reality that I was desperately in love with Weldon and missed him terribly. I was coming home and it was emotionally overwhelming at the time and rememberering those emotions I experienced is still evocative. Things had changed, my little world was on the brink of civil war. I had new responsibilities and leadership was thrust upon me. And Weldon had gone missing after a skirmish with our enemy and was presumed dead.

So, writing about that late at night still brings me to tears...poor Weldon...He was so young, so viral, so handsome....(sniff)

Frieda...You know I'm right here. You make it sound like I died. I didn't die, silly weasel.

Welly! You spoiled the moment! I was telling a story and you crashed into the conversation like a skunk with a leaky butt.

Well, I'm sorry. I just got concerned because you were tearing up again and I didn't want to see you sad.

It's called 'getting into the spirit of it.' If I'm going to tell an emotional story, I have to 'live in the moment.' I wanted Garmin to feel the tension and the emotions of how I felt and thought during that time. Sheesh!

OK, I'll be careful to let you 'live in the moment' as you write. It's just that it's hard for me to ignore when I've over here writing my memoirs and I here you over there blubbering and caring on.

OK, then. I appreciate your concern Welly.

Skunk with a leaky butt, really?

That's you, mister.

Mine was able to turn the crankshaft, an in turn remove the nuts from the torque converter. Zo, mine can proceed to continue with this campaign. The engine mounts are plainly visible from underneath, the nest step is to disconnect all cables, hoses and lines.

Mine intention is to dismantle the whole thing, to determine how much is damaged or salvageable. If a rebuild is in store, mine will have to research the price and availability of a kit.
Al mine friends call me Garmin, for reasons mine never question. Mine think, you can do the same now.
I just don't understand the new wardrobe. Could someone please give me a step by step method on how to remove items?

I stared Death in the eye, and Death blinked.

I'm home, have been since April 1st. On Christmas I entered the ER in a wheelchair, on April 1st I WALKED out of the hospital on my own two feet.

Recovery is going well, slower then I would like but far faster then they predicted. From the bottom of my heart I thank everyone for their prayers and energy.

OMG! You are home ! That is great news! Thank you for the update :) Such great news! It must feel slow...but I recall one of the updates predicted later in the summer for you to be home so this is earlier...good for you. This made my day :)

...I was in banking forever...ten years at a big bank and then 35 years with two different credit unions. Credit unions are better :)

yes, and it's so nice to have friendships/groups where you know you can step away and come back with understanding ❤️ I was healing quite well for the first few days, I unfortunately got a virus over the weekend and the physical effects have taken a toll on my healing due to strained muscles. But I am sure I will be in tip-top shape soon! My post-op is this Friday so I will have doc check me out good then. :)

that's so sweet of you to poke her and make sure she doesn't lose anything ❤️ i hope she's able to pop on just long enough to stay active!!

congratulations on settling into your retirement !! ❤️ ❤️ i know when i let myself have downtime i experience so much guilt about not being busy... but you've earned your right to enjoy it :)

Wow, an amazing feat !! I'm so happy for you. It's good that you're moving even faster than they predicted. Your will can carry you there to a degree ❤️ stay positive and strong my friend.

I did a LOT through sheer bullheadedness. Told me I would be on kidney dialysis for 6-18 months, I was off it in 2 WEEKS, told me April 1st was tenitive discharge date and most likely I would need to stay another month, I walked out on April 1st. After discharge they told me I wouldn't walk unaided for atleast 3 months, I walked unaided within 25 days. All because someone told me I couldn't do something.

: Tears of happiness for you! Welcome home and congratulations! I admire your attitude. if someone told you "You can't do that." You were like, "Watch me!"

: Wow, that is really cool. I admire the folk who work in the financial world.

:

I'll have a go at explaining the wardrobe item removal thingie

step 1(don't ignore the cute little weasel-girl...)lol!

step 2

Step 3

Step 4

Step 5

Step 6

Step 7

Essentially, you have two remove one item at a time from your wardrobe into your inventory. There is no speed way of doing it. There never was. It's is unlikely that there will ever be. There isn't a bulk reloaded either. Everything has to go back into your wardrobe one item at a time too.

Such good news, and I know that strong mentality works. It helped me, recover from a serious accident at work in the military. I was almost crushed to death from a 4000lbs forklift back in 1982. I still have some physical issues, but I am walking on my own. So keep using this mentality

Thank you, that was very helpful. I also found another method. Search shops for the item you want to remove, then do an account search from the picture. It will tell you that you can remove it to inventory. Again, only one item at a time.

STILL WAITING ON MASQUERADE!

Waiting, but not patiently, it seems.

I'm patient...mostly. I love Masquerade, I love the dancing and the wine and the food and the trinkets and the romance and the music.

I know you love the romance...

What do you mean?

Well....you tend to get pregnant a lot at Masquerade.

I do not!

I'm somewhat of an expert on getting you pregnant and you've come away from Masquerade pregnant in three out of four of your pregnancies.

You make me sound cheap.

(Laughs) Oh, my Darling...you are anything but cheap. Or easy! But you do love music and dancing and getting pregnant.

Yeah, I like being a mom...

You're a great mom....

And since when did you become an expert on getting me pregnant?

OH! Ouch, Frieda! Now you're hitting low!

- I love your determination...keep proving the doctors wrong! :)

- thank you...yes it took a little time and one day it just hit me that I did earn this time to do what I want...or to do nothing depending on the day...I still have to remind myself now and then though. I'm finally testing new recipes. Today baked four loaves of bread :)

- I love your HA -- so cute!! :)

: That's also a good way. It's just that Subeta's code is like an archeology dig, there's so many layers of old code on even older code that they've never been able to develop a method of bulk adding or removing items from inventory to wardrobe and keep all the different "layers" straight. I hope you get it all sorted.

: Sorry, I was just recalling an emotional event in my younger life during our civil war. He almost died, but a little rabbit found him and saved him until I could get there and heal him. I'll send up Spoiler Alerts before I write anything like that again.

: Sure thing Sweetie. I'm glad that helped. ...fresh...homemade....bread....mmmmmmmmm

I intend to sell off most of my completed Subeautique collections, unless it's an item I really like.

: I gave away must of my RainyDay collections and now I regret it. I'm not a hoarder, there are so many items here in Subeta, that I could never keep track of them and I certainly have no desire to get more. But of all the things that I have liquidated, I should have never gotten rid of those sets. Most of the other subetique collections I could ignore, they all look the same. I love your swimsuit. It's certainly hot enough for the water right about now. Unless I'm working at Healer's Hall, I'm near some water staying cool. Weldon says that I am a water baby. He also struggles to keep me modest.

I dislike most of the SBQ items. I only buy them for the achievements. It's past time I cleared out some of my wardrobe.
