The last thing I 'crafted' was the Cronus Blade. Before that it had probably been years and that's probably because ATM the majority of what I can craft doesn't feel super rewarding. I usually wait for someone else to bake items for me / do the alchemy recipes for me / etc and I just buy it because it ends up cheaper and faster to just buy it outright most of the time, or I end up not having the right level and it'd be too expensive to get there just for one item.
((Most of the games I do enjoy crafting in, you're using drop loot to craft with, so you are kind of doing two things at once. Getting XP and then getting items. I like doing that a lot. I don't like having to buy a bunch of stuff just to get started crafting. It defeats the point of 'making it myself' to me))
I think the last time I crafted was at Genetech, with the Sable Smithy's materials?
In fact I'm wondering about how we can only make swords with the materials there, when we could also make shields and pieces of armor out of those ores, under different molds. I feel some crafting materials are a bit underexplored, that's what I'm saying.

Love the alchemist and genetech, can sell quite a lot of alchemist items for quests, and even just for the amusement of making them. "Skill points to next level: 1,108" well it does spur me on a little. Love it when new items appear!
Genetech gets a little difficult when items become expensive, but I do go back and check them now and then.
Made quite a lot of scrolls in the early days when first starting battling, and the last weapon I made quite recently is the Volatile Energized Mecha (that took some doing! )
Its fun to go to Vanya whenever a new nostalgic pet appears, one of my pets has all the Nostalgic toys in his Treasure Chest (well I hope he has, are there 67 now?) and I've made a couple of Steamwork pets.
But I've scarcely done the baking at all, I'm not sure why. (You are currently a level 2 baker. You are 2% of the way to the next level) I'm good at burning stuff in real life.
I know its not crafting, but I do love opening things that give other things, like the cast iron stoves, the Bairin Breac, stockings, pinata, King Cake - it almost feels as if I've crafted something, heh.
Oh and the bouquets are fun!
I sometimes craft at the Secluded Shrine and at Asmodeus Genetech Lab. The last thing I crafted was scrolls. I need to make stickers but expensive. I might craft at some other places I am not remembering. I tried baking but it is tedious trying to level up. I might try that again someday.
I enjoy the crafting elements of the site, when I discovered them I made all the gentech combinations for wardrobe items and books I thought were reasonably priced. Last used gentech at Lumi to create wishlist items. I have made one of most alchemy, but not done too many of the new wearables as I didn't think I'd use them. Last made when questing, not sure how long ago but sometime this year Baking appeals to me but I always put off actually doing it, I don't like getting burnt results! I stock up on baking items in my vault. I like to restock in Spells Galore for scroll making items.
Throwing my input here, regardless how insignificant it usually is, but we could craft our own houses and then our own furniture...HINT
I love crafting but it gets daunting. I save everything I might ever need for scrolls, alchemist, genetech, baking, but I rarely get the mental energy to attempt recipes. When I do it's either for major drills quests (yay! he makes me use so much more of the site than I would otherwise! Always reminds me to play my favorite games too lol) or I'm trying to binge use a bunch of ingredients and level up so to speak.
I save everything as well, I even have them on my wishlist. But that creates the problem of not remembering why I put certain items on my wishlist and removing them, only to have to add them back when I found out what I needed them for.
I don't participate in the crafting systems at all. I have no idea what Genetech combos require and don't feel like looking it up. Scrolls and baking don't feel either interesting or rewarding enough to pursue.
saaaaame here 😭 for baking I finally started talking them off my wl, (at least the basics like salt milk butter) since I have a decent stock and figure the chances I'll blow through it in one spring anytime soon are slim. So I figure the next time I get the gumption to bake I'll just do what I can and buy what I need till I'm done for that round.
Most recent crafting was putting together another from the parts purchased in the battle shop last week. Before that, I really couldn't tell you. It was alright but not really a grand experience, other than having an extra Mecha for my armory and my wardrobe.
My most recent craftings were visiting Vanya a few times this past month. Prior to that, it was the Baking that I did a couple times.

I craft very little - only when I need to.
I did a bunch in Genetech yesterday for some collection items, and I do that whenever Major Drills asks. But I don't seek things out like baking or scroll-making for fun. With baking especially, I prefer to buy items from folks as I'm not interested in the level up process.

I use the Alcove a lot because the items (other than wearables) sell for quests while books are always popular. It would be nice to get some more higher level items, though, because I'm at Level 50 and it won't be long before I'm Level 51.
i make spell scrolls sometimes but not much else. i tried alchemy but it ended up being easier and cheaper to just buy the item i wanted.

i do the alchemy when there's new items that appeal to me, and i'll sometimes get on a baking kick for a week or so at a time. i actually find it really fun and use items that sound like they'd go together well irl.
i've only ever touched genetech once or twice though, and i've made spell scrolls only the once.
Last time i crafted something was baking around 2 months ago. I think the crafting can be fun but I don't use most of the systems as they often dont like, outright say what is needed or parts are expensive.
Also, for the baking, having to time when things are done or theyre ruined is something I dont love why I havent baked since.

baking isn't actually dependent on when you take the item out (i know i've def forgotten things for days that were fine after). iirc, you have a random chance of burning items that depends on your baking level, with it being less likely at a higher level.
