Niamh says her hair hasn't ever quite been the same again though :P

:P
I made a pet profile (link) with all the average start dates for each Subetan event, so there's more of an idea of when to expect one to start.... then they go and swap Vesnali and Masq, which messes my averages up completely :P Vesnali never seems a brilliant site event for me though - it just doesn't seem like there's all that much to do (especially if there's not many floating flowers going round!) o.O

I shouldnt say anything. This sweater has taken me faaar too long. :P
Just got home after a long visit at my mums. My auntie, cousin and her kid stopped by. My ears are sweaty from all the loud talking. xD

but then your sweater has loads of tricky colour work - the top I was knitting is literally just a stocking stitch :P

That is true I guess. :P You seem to get on really well with your sewing projects still. :D

thats really annoying. Are you going to try to redo?
sounds nice
I really want to get on and start working on K's shirt, but I'm reluctant to print off the pattern pieces as my printer has stopped taking up the paper properly :K so either I have to keep pressing the button to clear the 'out of paper' error (when there's plenty of paper in there), or put one sheet at a time on the other paper feed.... which can take forever for a pattern that's 14 or more pages!
I swapped the two things over on the pet profile yesterday, but at that point the SubetaPedia page hadn't been updated so I couldn't get the full info on the page. Looks like they've got it updated now, so I can just tweak that bit on my pet profile ;)

more just frustrating that I'd only just finished the page, then they changed the months around :P I've tried to add in average start dates for each event, so there's a rough idea when each one is due to start.... but obviously Vesnali and Masq are just starting out with a big question mark this year :P

and speaking of frustrating, I got K's measurements yesterday, and it turns out he's an age 8 in the pattern I've been using.... trouble is, that's the biggest size that pattern goes up to :K so I've now got to buy another pattern that goes larger, so I can make more like an age 9 to allow some growing room! And of course that new pattern says I need 1.5 metres of fabric, whereas the old pattern said 1.2, so I might not have enough :K
This is turning into a pricier present for him than I'd planned laughs but I guess at least this new pattern goes up to an age 16, so I can get a lot more use from it yet!

That sounds really frustrating. I swear, printers were invented by the devil himself. I have given up on mine mostly. I will buy ink.. fiddle with it for ages to print properly.. when I go to use it again it wont print properly again since the ink is "old" I guess?
Lunch with my dad today and repaired some clothing. lol What are you upto latelY? How is the pupper?

oh sounds nice. :) lol the puppy takes most of my time honestly. She seems to be better this morning. I'm hoping no more vet trips :/
[edit] Today I finally got some sewing done as well. I added a bit of nylon to Melody's rain coat so now it fits her around the chest. 😀 Very happy because she grew a bit bigger than expected but the coat itself fits. I also fixed a pocket of dad's on his jeans. He had another one to repair but I was done for the day after also making a bag to put my medicine bottles in so I can put them away once I put the week's meds in the organizer 😀 So pretty pleased with what I managed to get done.
I got the pattern printed eventually, and actually found I've got two different colours of the same fabric (1.3 of one, and 1.5 of the other) so that's definitely enough to make one shirt :D I've left the pattern pinned to the fabric, ready to cut out later in the week, rather than trying to get it all done today :)
I had the same trouble before with the ink - if you can do a "head clean" through the printer settings (you might need to do it a couple of times), that should sort it out and make it print properly even if the ink has been sitting in there for a while ;)

ooh that's great :D Today I finally got some sewing done as well. awesome! That's great on Melody's coat as well, so she can get more wear from it before she grows too much more ;) :D And making a bag for the medicine bottles is a brilliant idea! It saves them all being lined up in the cupboard (and potentially getting muddled with someone else's meds!) :D
Speaking of jeans, I'm supposed to be taking up at least two pairs of Dad's jeans.... but I'm still waiting for Mum to be happy with the length :P

I will give the headcleaning a try again, I always do it just once. Maybe doing it a couple of times will do the trick then. Thanks. :D
Having taken care of puppies before, I know how much work they can be. :) I bet she looks adorable in her raincoat. lol
