Just got the omen islands bird to find and when I found one it wouldn't let me pick it up. "Oh No! We have no record of this floating item (180335)! " Just got this 3 times in a row. Tried open in new window and new tab and still nothing but errors. :( Had to take 1 out of my gallery to turn in.

I'm also having trouble collecting the Shadowglen Dove.

I've found the Riverside Wren twice today but each time I click on it to pick it up, I get an error and nothing goes into my inventory. First day I've had this issue. I have been doing it almost every day with no problem prior to today.

Edit..I just got the Riverside Wren while training a pet. I was able to pick it up and got an achievement also.

Was looking for a thread to post about the same issue. All 3 times I've tried to collect the Riverside Wren so far have been busts of that "Oh No!" message.

EDIT: I tried it again once with the sidebar and once with the sidebar hidden a moment after and it did seem to do the trick for me! Very interesting. What's the connection, I wonder?

Chrome 97.0.4692.99 for Windows 7, just in case the info helps but I'm doubtful my oldie Windie was it. xP

I finally found the Veta Plover and the link was expired...

Just got the and got the expired link, after about searching 20 or so pages. I kept it to having only one page open while searching, but this did not help. I just ended up buying one. This is getting old....lol Using both Chrome and Firefox, both updated/current versions, Windows 10 latest updates, and laptop.

Day 3 of Shadowglen Dove for me. Saw it once yesterday, unable to pick it up. Refuse to spend 2 million to buy it, lol!

I have been looking for the Centropolis Pigeon for days and still can’t find it

If I have the bird I need in my gallery I just pull it out to turn in, just to complete the quest. But it would be nice if they get this fixed before bird watching ends.

So far I have found EVERY bird and eventually also could pick them up every day. The land specific ones tend to be obstinate, (re)finding them may take longer refreshing and a couple of tries, but with some patience can be obtained.

The is still giving me problems.

Hey y'all. I was having this trouble too and filed a ticket about it. (Now while this doesn't fix the problem it is a good bandage.) I was told to try closing all other tabs/windows on subeta and try again to find the sacred lands quail. A couple of refreshes later and it worked. Hope this helps while the issue is being fixed ^_^

I only had difficulty one time. I've been doing it every day. I think it just takes patience while you move around Subeta. Best of luck everyone. :)

Tried all the suggestions, still waiting and it's been at least a week, maybe longer.

Thanks for the tip, I'll try it next time I'm asked for one of the land birds. :)
