Same thing happening with me for the I had to take it out my minion zoo and put it back in there. I didn't have this problem with any other bird.

Yeah I've been looking for the same bird for 3 days. Thanks to I just achieved it as I had one. I hadn't thought to look.

I knew, a thread existed for this, I had the "oh, no!" thing happen repeatedly, but usually on the next attempt I was able to get the bird. I'm positive, it'll work out today eventually as well. After quite some time I finally got the event for the Darkside Kite now, but it threw the error. I would have thought this had been fixed, but obviously no. I found this here:

edit: closing sidebar widgets didn't do the trick for me on next appearance :-( On further tries this guy remains obstinate.

edit 2: Finally worked on 12th appearance or so.

God! 12th appearance? I need the Shadowglen Dove today and so far I've had the error 5 or 6 times. It's selling for around 3.5 million. I DON'T THINK SO! Hopefully it gets fixed soon.

Edit: OPENING THE BIRD IN A NEW TAB WORKS! I finally got it.

I had tried this to no avail before as well.

I suppose it's all pretty random.

Looking for an Arctic Frost Ptarmigan today. Very obstinate. Hasn't even made its appearance yet. Wonder if I can catch it, when it does.

On a Mac, using Chrome. I can NOT get a Shadowglen dove! I've had it show up on a few pages now, but every time I click on it (even if I try opening it in a new tab/window) I just get the "Oh no!" error 😭

EDIT: Just switched to Safari and opening it in a new tab worked!!! 🥳

I tried opening on another tab and it didn't work. I'm on Firefox.

I'm not a happy camper. Had to find the Arctic Frost Ptarmigan. Tried the new tab route and got something about no record of the item. CRAP! Then tried a new window. Got it. Are we supposed to go through this every time we get a land bird? ? ?

This is the 2nd time this week this has happened to me. I couldn't click on the bird and now I don't know if I can complete today's assignment. The last time I had the bird in my vault. I will have to see if I have today's bird in my vault.

I got the error with the Centropolis pigeon as well, and I was going to try to open it in a new window like suggested above, but now I can't get the bird to reappear.

The problem with buying it for the quest is that it is over 700k sP right now, which is likely because of this error. I can buy it, sure, but I'd also like to keep the bird, but I also don't want to spend just under 1mil sP for something I could be getting for free with no reimbursment.

I got the error with the Riverside Wren four times before seeing in this thread to try opening it in a new tab, which finally worked for me.

It's very annoying since it can sometimes take a while to even show up. I'm also not spending 5mil on this bird to complete the quest since getting the bird is supposed to be my reward.

It's been I think about 3 days since I started the quest for the Shadowglen Dove... still waiting for it to appear.

I believe I got one bird,, maybe none in all this time.

I thought it was just me, but yea, Sacred Lands Quail is glitched today for me. I've clicked about ten times on different pages and it just keeps on showing me a mini version of the Subeta front page. This is so frustrating!

This is horrible! Day 3 for Arctic Frost Ptarmigan, haven't even seen it yet! can the land birds be removed from this event?

I loved the bug version of this event, but the fact that the special location birds cannot be collected is very disappointing. I don't like buying or trading for them, all the fun is in finding them. Most of the time they never show up, and if they do, I get the error. All of the non-location specific birds work perfectly. I agree with Papageno, if they can't be fixed I would rather not get the quest for them at all.

I've never been the biggest fan of these random spawn things because I tend to be tired and space out and don't mentally register the item before I've clicked off the page, but I tend to muddle through anyway because I like getting creatures. This one just feels actively bad to participate in though, because of this error making everything worse.

I would be equally happy to either have the location-specific birds disabled entirely or have the location-specific mechanic itself disabled. Anything to keep the event moving along, if it's at all possible, would be wonderful.

I'm having trouble with for the past two days now. I've spotted it three times and all were errors when I clicked on it. They are way too expensive to buy!!
