Ah, removing the pump of mine C6 transmission is easier than mine thought. This will need a closer look at the bolt arrangement before trying the trick.

Though mine gknow mine group hasn't yet made endplay tests on this, or gottne very far on dismantling. This small bit of knowledge can give us a good boost towards completion.

Also, Mexican Independence Day is already in swing. Mine won't make so much as a peep, but won't just shrug it off either.

[edit] 9/16 A short shop today, the whole class is ahead of schedule. Mine group made a big leap once we got the pump off the front. This model required a specific tool for removal, then we could begin removing the components. Parts like the brake band and drum, the first set of clutches, and one of two planetary gear sets. The second stage is pending for nest week, zo this weekend mine can focus on other matters.
