My friend's mom insisted the trash cans be dumped out each day so the gnats wouldn't have any place to breed. They still managed to multiply despite the family's persistent efforts to dump the trash.

I'll suggest to my friend to get some Raid that specializes in killing flying insects, but I'm also hoping the fall weather might cull the gnats....

I wonder if they are like flies, and lay eggs on surfaces other than the trash. I really hope cold weather will end them.

Real life has been kicking my ass so to speak, but mostly due to some of my underlying conditions and a new position I just accepted. LOL

I hear ya, I recently had to start taking anxiety medicine for the first time in my life. Truth be told I should have been on medicine sooner. My anxiety got to the point, that its affecting my health. HUGS I hope thing slow down for you, and less anxiety with new position. My other anxiety medicine is my dog, sometimes just snuggling with a pet helps. His laying on my lap now, he needed Mom to save him from the thunder and lightning.
