Wow, it really sounds like it was! It's pretty cool that you got the new stuff!! I don't really know enough about weapons to gauge whether the purchase would be worth it for me, or whether whatever I get is good or not. Are they all especially good weapons or is it more that they are cool to have?

Dude, it was such a smart move to put auto pricing behing GA's, like who would be motivated enough to individually price each of their shop items?! Not me, so I guess I will just keep shoving crap in there till the next time.

From a sP perspective, all of the weapons in the box were definitely worth it, but some of them are better weapons than others! The is interesting because it has 6 mod slots (compared to 2 or 3 for most weapons on that level), but not exceptional. The is, uhh, pretty. xD Hard to imagine a situation where it would make sense to use it, but I'm glad I have it for my collection! The Shinwas Lightning and Thunderball are both somewhat niche, but super cool. And very pretty. 😍

Yeah, weapons always make the coolest wearables, haha. And you'll get there eventually! There's a lot you can learn, but you don't need to learn it all at once. n_n

I think I've participated in two? I have bad timing so I've missed a few, haha. If you can get a Gelation Concoction and Maniacal Core to make a Maniacal Essence, then you're in a grrrreat spot. It's one of the most useful weapons you can get!

I'll keep that in mind, I've added them to my WL to remind myself that I'll be wanting those ❤️ I think the previous jelly war and various plots where I missed out on stuff were the reason I started training up Gremlin (and the other pets I gave up on at level 40 😅) in the first place ^^

That seems to be a pretty common story for people! I had a similar experience on Neopets, so when I migrated here, I started battling pretty much right away. I was already kind of late to the game, certainly too late to get any of the OG godlies. 🥲 But I have managed to get just about every other worthwhile weapon, so I'm pretty ok with it all, haha!

I've been around for a long time (though on and off), and I sometimes wish I'd started training my pets from day one or even got into RSing from day one. In the early days I mainly just ran free art boards, but I think that did help improve my art a lot back then (not sure that applies any more since I've not done any for ages though 😅)

I made my first account back in... 2005? If not earlier? And then the whole thing happened with the DB getting wiped and losing the subeta.com domain (or whatever??? clearly my memory of all this is really great xD), and I didn't realize the site wasn't just straight-up dead until a couple years later. (And it was a few years after that when I finally came back.) So for a while I was definitely upset that I hadn't stuck around, but I've long since made my peace with it. Mostly.

Ah, yes, I used to love drawing! Then life got in the way, and now I'm not sure how to get my old old tablet to work with my PC and I'm unfamiliar with the art programs now xP A lot of re-learning is required even if I get started again. Oh, oh, I had a memory, I used to use Oekaki sites to draw, and I think Subeta used to have one!

I'm failing at RSing (and questing) right now due to the distraction of the free shop 😅
