I hope the monthly challenger comes within the next few days. I'm not sure who it could be, they usually do Centropolis in April or May and I still think Alexander is likely to be one of them, but it's very telling how Subetateam did the news post for Vesnali this year when it's usually Esther who does it (maybe they're trying to phase out having NPCs announce holidays? But then what about Keel Hauliday where they have the pirate talk and the not-quite accurate translations? Those are funny), and it could also be someone from Riverside (I remembered recently that both Pete and Major Drills are already challengers, as is the Recycle Beast, so it's unlikely to be them and that leaves Charity). Or an unspecified place. Maybe one of the shopkeepers from an unspecified place? I won't be surprised if it was either of the shopkeepers from Bits and Bytes or Grooming Parlour.

I thought the monthly challenger would be out today but I guess not. Maybe that will be first thing tomorrow instead. They seem to prefer releasing them shortly after midnight for some reason. Maybe because it's a better time for the battle admins or something?

OH my GOD.... I missed a freaking Possessed Bow from BHH today.... -sobs- I should have had tokens ... Well I'll not be caught off guard again! But I'm still very sad....

ouch!! i remember missing one the first time they stocked (i had the tokens, i was just too slow 😢) and it still haunts me. though i did give up and just buy one!

glad to see they're at least stocking again.

It's my own fault for having spend my tokens and now having the funds to replenish lol but it still stings. XD

Oh, it's time for the easy challenger? There always seems to be at least one of those each year. So that means I can get the new loot, and also the satisfaction of saving one of the NPCs from whoever is causing this.

Really though, I thought the staff wouldn’t be mean enough to make Esther get possessed during Vesnali, and also around the time of her wedding anniversary. I know I often go on about how much I want Jaxon and Ian to get more focus now that they can be together all the time and how jealous I am for them that they haven’t gotten married yet (I’ve given up begging for a wedding because it’s clear that it will happen whenever the staff are ready which I doubt will be this year sadly, but can we at least have it confirmed that they’re engaged?) but Esther and Emma don’t deserve to have their anniversary ruined like that =( I hope we find out who did this eventually, even if it’s not until the end of the year, although I doubt we’ll get to fight her unless she becomes a bonus challenger or relates to next year’s monthly battle theme.

Also, I love how protective Emma is, and I wonder what the Cash Shop challenger will be. I was thinking maybe some kind of bouquet creature, but the news post suggests it will be a plant or living garden of some kind.

I was shocked that Esther was the next victim too, especially since this is the holiday she's most well-known for!
