Woke up and happily went to check what the next stage of pointy looks like only to see that its been taken away. This event is so screwed up. 😠

Same thing here. I was at stage 5 of grainy and now it's gone :( I think it happened when I put on another skin to bite, but I'm not sure if that's the reason. I'm really upset that this is happening at such an advanced stage :(

woke up with my strain cleared I was Stage 5 Magical last night :(

all new strains seem to be vanishing when they hit stage 6 (final stage). we're guessing the problem is with the unlocking of the new skin in wardrobe...

either way, i hope someone from the staff comments on it so we know its getting fixed

I lost my skin too, please keep us informed. Apparently it’s a glitch, I had magical, it was suppose to finish about 5:00am this morning. Thank you for all you do and time spent.

Same happened to me. Had progressed normally and today, bam, no more virus?

oh, well it kind of makes sense, since wardrobe is now on the new site...maybe that's the reason this time. It just really sucks for everyone who had a new strain. Oh well, it's almost becoming a survival tradition, lol

I should've just hit stage 6 for Magical, and have turned back to a naked human as well :(

[edit] In the hope that this should've just unlocked Magical as a skin, I have signed up for a new one (Pointy) to keep my HA occupied in the meantime

I had stage five Magical, and my strain is gone too. It's not unlocked in the wardrobe.

Yesterday I was in the late stages of the Delicate virus. When I woke up today, I was no longer infected and no event notice for the skin. Thanks.

Destiny has already said (on page 2) that you can sign up for a new strain if yours went missing. I would maybe sign up for a different strain and then file a ticket after they fix the bug to get your first skin unlocked? It sucks but you're probably not losing anything by trying again.

haha, I know right? I decided to just sign up for a new one again, I figured it should be all sorted out by the time it advances enough(well, I hope so anyway)

I guess I'll go get reinfected. I was at stage 5 of Magical and should have progressed to stage 6 last night/this morning.

Well, darn it. I got Magical again, cleared it and Magical again. I was hoping for a different one. lol

I still had my late stage 5 strain (Delicate) when I hopped on this morning, but later in the morning when it should have advanced to stage 6 it suddenly disappeared. Hopefully this is just a temporary hiccup and things will be restored soon. In the meantime i'm not sure if it's worth it to sign up for another strain only for the same thing to possibly happen again.

My delicate just poofed as well, went and got a different strain incase that one is finished.

I was at Stage 5 of the Grainy strain last night and now I'm remarkably cured. I haven't used the wardrobe recently because it doesn't recognize that I'm logged in for some reason, so I guess it's just because I would have been Stage 6 today?
