Thanks for the update. I'm wondering if the same things will happen with older strains. I'm on stage 6 of Virus.

I was on stage 5 of magical last night, and woke up this morning to find it was gone :(

Why hasn't there been an actual announcement or news post?

They usually make an announcement once something is fixed. They're still working on it, but you will get your skin.

This is only an issue with new strains because they weren't added to the wardrobe before they finished. Something like this happens almost every year with the new strains during Survival, but staff have always fixed it.

I wondered what happened to my Delicate strain. Looks like my mom's Magical is gone too.

Well, I'm glad it's not just me. I thought maybe the HA's were still just being funky but then I realized other people were showing their infections. I hope we can get our original strain. I was excited to have the magical one.

For posterity, I should have earned Delicate. Starting a new one. c:

I also had Magical and was very confused that it was just gone. Glad that we should be able to get the skin later, just posting for clarification. I've decided to go with delicate this time.

I was pretty far progressed on the delicate strain and I'm devastated to see the progress lost :c will start a new one now!

I had Grainy if you need to know that to unlock it, unless we have to send tickets again.

Same thing it sounds like - had Stage 5 magical and then POOF gone. Ah well at least it's a known issue, thanks!
