I noticed my infection disappeared again, so I reinfected again haha. I'm really not sure whats causing it, but I'm definitely staying away from the wardrobe for sure now lol.

Yeah my avatar was blank yesterday, and after I was infected I removed an item from my avatar to try and restore it. The item is still visible but the infection disappeared. Definitely avoiding the wardrobe for the rest of the event

I signed up for an older strain, and the healer, forums and infection program all say I'm infected. However there's been no changes to my HA when I clear the clothing. I don't know if mine vanished or what :(

So we just have to start back over again and lose a day's progress? Kind of disappointing. Oh well... guess I'll go infect myself with a random new one and if I don't get my original infection again, I'll just have to try for it another time.

edit- lol I guess at least I got the one I had before luckily, but stinks that I'm now a day behind.

It is a little disappointing. I signed up for the same strain right away and I’m only a stage behind.

I don’t remember being hit with a snowball. I didn’t get any notifications, unless it happened from the time I signed out to when I came on at 12:30am.

hi!! i know the issue is being worked on, but i wanted to chime in that i lost my infection as well! last time i saw it, i was stage 3 magical, and would probably be stage 4 by now! i went and signed up for the infection again :( hopefully the issue will be solved and that people who lost the progress like myself can be restored

I also spent 4mil first time to get the grainy and I lost it, at least I got it 1st try now, but now I lsot 4 stages

you don't appear to be infected with anything. you probably need to sign up for another strain.

I hope so too! It'd be really nice if you progressed between stages in 6.5 hours instead of 8. 15-16 hours was the original. Also reduced kissing times would be great! I'm barely able to get hearts and the wait time is atrocious. You kiss and get ONE heart ad you have to wait 8min

Just noticed tonight that my Dolly Dreadful strain (that was about halfway complete last I noticed yesterday?) has gone, too. Ugh. If only real life illnesses miraculously cured themselves this way... Fwiw, I haven't been online much (if any?) between last I saw my strain progressing and just now, so I wasn't hit with any snowballs that I'm aware of and I haven't been into my wardrobe that I can recall. I do remember at some point seeing the image of my HA in the dashboard being broken last night some time - can't remember when.
