Also, I think I figured out the weird thing where it skips random ID numbers when approvals are happening...I think it is the denials. There's about 12 empty ID numbers between the last thing put on site and the first CW approved today
I don't know that it necessarily matters in the grand scheme of things, but I'm also not sure it's intentional that it's removing those item numbers from potential use so maybe the programmers need to take a peek at that (it didn't use to do that).
I am having major deja vu about this conversation and I have NO idea why! I want to say it's intentional, but I'll confirm and let you know!
Hey guys! A few quick announcements today :)
Once again, for some reason, the queue won't let me accept items? On Wednesday it started working in the afternoon, so I'm hoping the same will happen today. I did all the denials already (I think) so I'm going to keep checking throughout the day and hopefully will get those acceptances to you in a bit! I'm not sure why this is happening, but I have a plead out to the programmers to see why.
There will be a couple of date changes coming up to help accommodate my clinic shifts! This upcoming week, the queue will be done on Wednesday the 17th as usual (assuming it lets me, haha) After that, the queue will be done on Saturday the 20th and Tuesday the 23rd! I know there's then a big wait between the 23rd and Sunday the 28th, so I'll try to pop on during the week to grab a few things if/when I can :)
Once it is closer to Lumineve/the holidays, I'll be sure to post the usual "Have your items in by x-date if you want to gift them" announcement. I know it's only November 14th but with the way this year is going, I'm sure those dates will be here before we even realize it!

@ jessi I think I mentioned the weird empty item IDs once before but they were always scattered through the approved and I didn't consistently track them. The first acceptance issue day was the first time they were all grouped together so that's when it really stood out. I haven't been able to get on my laptop to do add ins for this round but I will let you know if I see the same grouping of empty IDs.
[edit] Sorry to ping again, but it did leave a chunk of blank IDs again in the lineup so I think it is taking away an ID every time an item is submitted even if it is rejected. Item IDs are empty from 237615-237626, the new approvals start at 237627.
I passed it on to Bug to see - I'm not sure why ti's doing that but I'm also not sure if it matters in the end? I'll let you know!
Thanks! I don't know that it matters all that much either except we're getting an odd amount of empty item IDs that maybe can just clear or something haha.
So I talked with Bug, and we figured it out! To sum it up as best I can, a few weeks ago Bug basically bundled up the CW code in a way that it can't do partial acceptances anymore, which is what created glitched items. We think that's what's made it start skipping numbers (it has a much more technical explanation than this but). Bug says it doesn't actually affect anything, and it DOES mean we're not getting glitched CWs anymore, so we're not too worried about it! To summarize: yes, this is the new normal for it!

Hi guys -- once again, I cannot get acceptances to work. I've been trying for five hours. I am desperately trying to get someone to help troubleshoot and fix this issue, but I'm essentially at the mercy of the site and the programmers. I'm going to keep trying throughout the day today, and I'm keeping my fingers crossed that it will randomly start working again like it has the past few weeks. I'm going to do whatever I can to get this issue fixed for good. I'm really very sorry about this. It isn't fair to anyone involved.

Hopefully this can be fixed soon(before the sales!) It sounds like our internet, most of the time not working or not very well, then randomly starts working
