Thank you! I just wanted to make extra sure that it was accurate.
I've just deployed a fix for your CW shop, and for any other CW shops that were getting the same problem. The shop settings page should also work for you now. Basically, it was lagging out on shops with a lot of items, so I rewrote some of the code to handle this more efficiently. Please let me know if it works for you and your friends now :)

The screen goes blank upon searching for a specific shop. I can only browse, I can't see specifics. So far, very disappointed and pained, as this ruins any chances I have of shopping for the specific items I want and / or like for the holidays.
and then just.. blank.
Hey, could you please include the information as requested in the second post? I just searched for the same shop you did (knight) and it loaded instantly and correctly.
Some kindness would also be appreciated. If you look through this thread, there have been several reports tonight which we worked quickly to resolve. Every report on this thread has been addressed so far, and almost all have already been fixed. I am here past midnight lurking this thread because I want to fix issues quickly so you can enjoy the new system and enjoy Lumi shopping. Your bug report will receive the same attention and be treated with the same urgency. Nothing is being ruined for you.
We worked very hard to get this done 10 days before Luminaire so that people could still do Luminaire shopping with it at all, since CWs were mostly on standby prior to this, as people knew lower prices were coming for the new system. It hurts to be told that you're "very disappointed and pained" after we worked so hard to get this done, and have been working hard all night to resolve issues as soon as they come in, to smooth out the kinks that come with every major feature release ASAP. I hope you can understand what it is like to hear that on this side of the screen. Thanks. <3

Oh, no, I'm not disappointed in your work at all. You've been working your fingers to the bone, as have the rest of the Subetan staff. I'm disappointed that it's bugged for some reason. I should have clarified that, but the bug might be due to my ad-blocker, due to my extensions, could be due to my browser, an update needing fixing. It's not your fault at all that I'm upset. I really don't want you to feel singled out or hurt! That wasn't my intention at all. I love Subeta, and you guys did amazing handling everything you did, the way you did, especially with that pet spotlight situation. I'm very proud of the things you've done, and you should be too, infallibly so. I'm sorry that I read off as being cold or malevolent, or displeased. I don't have a strong way with words, that's all that is, but forgive me?
Let me try a few things on my end of the screen before I include the information (I didn't even see that, because I'm blind as a bat, apparently.. thanks, astigmatism) and I'll get back to ya'!
-- UPDATE -- Okay, so I just went to check- it loads fine now, so apparently it's a bug (hee) that's already been addressed. But please, still, don't be upset. I didn't mean offense, but take responsibility for the way it was worded and that I did cause some upset. I want you folks to know how very much I love Subeta and what you do, especially you as a coder, you do tough work, and unforgiving work, and you're valid and integral. I wouldn't sink 100$ into this site this year if I didn't know that. :p
I explored the new system an hour ago and try to update my CW wl slowly. This is much easier now for me. ^-^
But I'm here to say a very big Thank you to everyone who was involved into the new system. It doesn't matter whether by constructive suggestions, the new design or by installing the update. Thank you everyone which was be involved.

Sorry Bug, but your post left me unsure as to whether I should leave "Suggestions and Other FEedback" in this topic or no. SO I am.
-When checking different categories within a CW shop and I am on page 2 or more, then click to go to a different category I am faced with a blank page UNLESS there actually is a page 2 or more in that category. I have to click back to the original category, click back to page one and then go to the new category. Just want to mention this still happens in the wardrobe within layers and it is really annoying.
-The button to use a voucher is still there even when I have no vouchers left. I know it shows the number I have in the upper left corner but I think the button can cause confusion.
hihi! i'd like to apologize again but it seems like i've a new issue.
i've just tried to submit an item and then i found out that i made a mistake, so i decided to cancel it.
after a long time stuck on loading, i refreshed the page and saw that the item was cancelled, but i think i didn't receive the submission fee CSC back. can you double check for me, please? T.T

All right, the way you worded it (with the "so far") made it sound like that was your opinion of the entire new CW update. That definitely hurt to read because it felt like all the hard work and positives were being discounted because of one glitch. Glad to hear it was just a miscommunication; it's cleared up now.
And sure :) Make sure to try a hard-refresh of the page as well. To hard refresh, just hold down Ctrl while pressing F5. It just occurred to me that it is possible you are experiencing the same issue as was, and you will need to do a hard-refresh to make sure you are getting the most up-to-date version of the webpage that includes my fix for that.

Absolutely not! I have autism, so I bumble a lot with words unfortunately, but you've been pleasant in correcting me (and I urge everyone to do the same, if I say something offensive? Call me on it, or I won't learn!) so thank you. I amended my post and verified the glitch is solved, huzzah. :D

No more bugs to report. I think this is working smoothly now and I'm even seeing some speed pick-up on things like searching and visiting custom shops!

Could you please hard-refresh the page and let me know if this is still happening for you? If it is, could you please give me a specific example of a shop it is happening in, with a step-by-step for how I can trigger the same glitch? It just isn't happening for me so maybe the condition to trigger it is more specific than that. Thank you. Figured it out, no need to trouble yourself! Deploying a fix soon :)

Hello :) I was in ’s shop poking around. I switched from the black friday category to unsorted and some of the items are showing copies available and the “buy” button but the cost is 0 csc. Is this intentional or an error? To be sure, I did click to buy a thing but it said oh no sold out!

In Shelbie's Shop on the unsorted section there are two pages. Click to view the second page and then click on the hair section directly from that page 2.

I was actually about to post the same question... I think they are just unpriced, in stock items? I think if that is the case, the options to buy with CSC and buy with voucher should be greyed out or something because it is a little confusing as it is :)
The pagination issue should be fixed now, and the voucher issue should also be fixed - the button will only show up when you have vouchers to buy things with, and this will update automatically as you make purchases. Please let me know if either issue is not fully resolved for you. <3
Thank you! This was a display error; it is not possible to purchase unpriced shop items. Unpriced items should not show up in shops. Fix deployed!
