I have an issue, I've been gone for a while and have/had a couple of copies of items left (the final 5 copies, usually- (last batch)) that I was planning on putting in my shop after the changes went live, but hadn't actually moved to my shop yet (except for one) and now they're suddenly all set to retired and I can't access them anymore. I never actually retired these items, can this be fixed somehow?! I don't remember anything like this being mentioned by anyone before the new system went live??

That is not supposed to happen. Any items that had copies left over should continue to be available in the new system! We tested with several limited-batch items and did not have any issues with inaccurate information, so I'm sorry to hear this happened to you anyway. Could you please list which items you're having this issue with, and I will take a look. If the information is not accurate, I will make sure it is fixed for your item and any others that may have been affected by the same glitch. :)

I can not find this item in my shop
It still had copies left but was priced at 0
Never Mind!! Found it! It was already in the Warehouse where I was going to put it!
Oh, glad you found it! For future reference, if you search for it in the new Official Directory, it will tell you if it is retired, in stock, in your warehouse, and other such information :)

no, it seems the item hover add to/remove from WL still doesn't do anything.
Also, thank you (and the other staff) for all your hard work.
EDIT: I tried refreshing the page and it managed to remove an item from my WL, so maybe it is a lag issue after all? it's hard to tell -- I've only had a success once, and many, many failures.

[edit] So far, we've determined that it is correctly toggling the item on your wishlist, but it is just not updating the webpage with any feedback to let you know it worked. We've figured out why that is, and the fix will take a little bit of work but we are doing it :)

Thanks for getting back to me so fast, it actually seems to have happened with all of my items (except for that one i moved to my shop myself), but the ones I care most about are the and , since I was planning on releasing the last batches of these items specifically after the new system launched, and I had 5 copies left for both of these. For the other ones, I no longer have access to the exact batch limits I put on them (and that varied) some of them were actually retired already but I don't exactly know which ones, so I guess there's not much that can be done about that. The only other one I am 100% certain of is the , since the forum post mentioning the batch limit still exists and lists it at 20- and I've only sold 15 copies so far. The rest is a lost cause, i guess.

Thank you! They should all be fixed now, and they are also fixed for everybody else's items who were affected.
The old data for these items was never deleted, so it is still there to reference. Also, the data migrations were extensively logged, so we have all our bases covered in the case of inaccurate information like you discovered. Please rest assured we will have no issue restoring the accurate information - we've taken a lot of precautions this time against that! If you see any other inaccurate information, please let me know. Thanks again for pointing this out :)

Hiya! I noticed that when managing my shop stock/items, items that had a limit on copies now have a checkbox labeled "Unlimited" above the number of currently available copies. I can click the checkbox but haven't attempted submitting it as a change. I was wondering if that was intentional? To me that reads as being able to change a limited release into an unlimited one and I'm sure that's not intentional. 😅

Also, a minor gripe, it doesn't seem that the typical emojis work on Subeta v2 (such as 🌿), which makes me sad since I use them in my shop description. Will they be coming back or replaced at some point?

The warehouse is somewhere to store items that aren't currently available for sale but aren't completely retired so those items are labeled as warehoused in the search until the releaser decides to put it back in their shop

Thank you! I confirmed this is only a display error. It will not actually work if you try to check it and save the changes (thank goodness haha) I've just deployed a fix!
(If you might've noticed it was fixed a few minutes ago and then was unfixed, well, I had fixed it and then reverted my fix because I thought my fix was broken, but my fix was actually not broken, so I reverted the revert. It has been a long day.)
As for the emoji: yes, we can fix that and they will be back soon! In the meantime, you can work around it by swapping it with the actual Unicode character, and that should work.

I don't seem to be able to access any page related to the management of my CW Shop (Manage Shop Items, Shop Settings, etc) and I'm not able to load my own CW shop either. I can load several other users CW Shops, though. I have tested this on Chrome and Firefox and the issue persists on both browsers. Not sure if anything else is having this issue...
sCode doesn't work in the releaser notes. Is that intentional? The userid= sCode specifically also doesn't seem to be working in the shop descriptions
Oh no! I will help you out, but I'm afraid I need more information first. The second post on this topic explains what information is necessary to include with your report, as well as some things you can try before reporting. Please give it a read, try the things, and let me know the necessary information if the problem continues for you.

sCode is not supported in releaser notes. They are meant to be short, plain text notes only.
We are looking into why the user and userid sCodes stopped working. They were working and tested prior to release. We'll get to the bottom of it - thanks for the report!
