- Your browser + browser version: Latest Chrome, Safari

Thank you for posting here, sorry for all the redirects haha. A fix has been deployed and should be up in a few minutes (you'll need to refresh the entire page to get the fix) EDIT: Seems like our fix didn't quite work - back to investigating! EDIT 2: Real fix has been deployed. :)
For the curious: This seems to have been caused by an automated dependency upgrade D: Those shouldn't cause errors, so we're looking into why that happened now, to make sure it doesn't indicate any deeper problems with our setup, and figure out how we can best prevent something like this in the future.

Some general updates as we continue to build things out in v2; I'll ping the people who brought them up specifically as well.
You should be able to hit enter when searching CW shops by username now!
User hovers now display frozen users with a strikethrough correctly, and will also display the birthday icon correctly. On v2, there is no cache on the birthday icon, so those who've opted in to the feature can expect the icon to show up on their birthday at rollover.
We just added an Account Search link to the new item hovers :)
Finally, just want to clarify that the blank white page issue people were experiencing on the CW Directory and occasionally other places is confirmed resolved. From here on out, if you encounter another blank white page, it is a separate issue so go ahead and treat it as a new bug report. Thank you and happy new year everyone!

I still have the blank page bug while trying to go through my releases and updating the notes. To trigger it I click on releaser notes, scroll down, and it turns blank. url this happened on: https://new.subeta.net/cws/directory?releaser=wound&category=0&layer=0&availability=all&page=3
I'm on windows 10, chrome latest version.
Have you tried clearing your browser cache?

I'd like the CW section to have a direct link to the Wardrobe. sometimes I want to try on a CW with another item and remember I have to go back to Subeta proper to go to Wardrobe.

Ohkay guess WHO just figured out this is ALREADY THERE 2 seconds later.
I'm trying to send a shop alert to my followers about new items added but after like maybe 30 secs when typing the page goes blank (all white). At first I thought it was an issue to do with me trying to paste the names of the items into the message but even when I tried just typing it normally the page went blank.
[Edit] Okay, it seems to have something to do with trying to use the item code (as in the "item=" thing), because I just tested it again by just typing the code and it went blank. Then I tested by just typing normal text and I didn't get a blank page. Hopefully this info helps
[Edit] Okay, now it becomes a blank page as soon as I click on the text that expands/hides the input fields...
So I had a thought. I could try a different computer. I didn't because I didn't want to mess anything up in your investigation but would it be helpful to try it?

Yes, I saw your post. There's no harm in trying a different computer - it might give us some more information about the problem.
Oh dear, yeah, seems there is something slowing down that page. Is it only the followers page that you have this issue on? And did the followers page work correctly for you at any point / do you know around when this issue first started to happen for you? found and fixed the issue! The followers page should be working smoothly again. :)
