You know, I totally failed to account for the fact that rarities extend beyond restockable items. It makes much more sense then that r5 items would be something like like God Weapons, although I'm curious to see how things like Genetech Combos will rate on the rarity scale. Also potions. If all restockables are r1-2, won't that make the price of certain potions (like reborn and nightmare that stock in Apocalypic Apothecary) plummet?

I was assuming that the fact we have like 99 different rarities for restockables really is useless, and the fact that most r99s are worth like <500k. So if it was a harsh rarity squish this stuff could all just squish together and the shops would have a rotating stock?? Maybe. We probably have way too much of each item on the site anyway and we'd be fine.

Maybe it would be a squish and a revamp, more along the lines of what I suggested with new categories for non-restockables but existing restockables would have their rarities simplified.. idk.

Can't wait to see the changes :D
