waves thank you! the shining dust isn't actually an item (I wish it was!) it's the I redeemed in the hair salon. I was desperate to see if I could get the hair salon to work and discovered one of the highlights () creates the shimmery effect! I didn't see the highlight until I saved the outfit to my outfits page, since the salon's still broken! It really is pretty.
