I love any small town. Although, My principal was bitten by my Mom when they were kids. They lived in a different town then, but he became the principal to my high school. I swear I behaved in fear, he would get even for my Mom biting me. But he never brought it up, which he got my respect for that and he was good to my sisters and I.

It is announced in the current Subeta news. It is all the subeta users working together, doing their quests every day.

The only quests that count towards this are: Blue Building, Carl, Cynthia, Mori/Nori, Alexander, Maleria, Pete, Quentin, Saggi, Sarah, and the Wizard.
NOT Battle, Major drills, or Shinwa (though I guess, in doing Shinwa's, you'd be doing the ones that count anyway.)

When everyone, together has done 1 million quests before the end of Friday, Sept. 4; everyone that participated (aka done at least 1 quest during that time) will receive: a pet slot, the forum title "Sparkles", and a border for the headshot of your avatar (when it's just the circle).
