Another issue not posted in OP. I cant load the Explore page/ Trying to get to the training center as the alert isnt working but I can not get to it.
I'm very fed up with the fact that when anything happens the announcement of it is buried in the forums somewhere instead of just putting it in a news post. I don't want to have to stalk admin posts on the forums to know what is going on with this website. The lack of transparency is honestly why I've been on here less and less.
Honestly with half the site not working and the things I need most (alerts, autopricer, etc) still broken and not being able to dance I'm rapidly losing interest. Sure hope everything gets fixed soon.

My issue is, please dont get me wrong I'm super happy to be able to support again. Yet, i dont understand why we couldn't have gotten the staff notification actually on the news page? That would have been great for users who were still having trouble accessing topics and not getting 502 pages. Still thank you for at least fixing the topic issue.
Every time I try and click on a user's profile it redirects to the news page???
So since this topic has been posted, I have tried multiple times to get this forum post to load, with no success until now x.x; I am glad about the good news, but perhaps it would be possible to make a news post with an overview linking back to the forum being in more detail? I understand this doesn't have a lot of really important actions from the userbase or anything listed in it, but when the site is still having errors, it might be beneficial to do.

I was able to use the links in the dashboard (not at the top of the page, on the side) to get into games and explore! I was able to do pet training, etc.
Happy to see I can get into the forum now, glad y'all are making progress, seems like a long way to go yet Not having notifications is a bummer for sure
Understandable. Pretty good chance that staff might do something extra besides extending Masq due to what happened.

I just...don’t understand why this was put in the forums right after staff acknowledged that forums weren’t loading. i haven’t been able to do anything on site since downtime. it’s almost like we have a news feed for this kind of stuff...orz
I appreciate your hard work but it was my understanding that masquerade was to be extended but I have not seen anywhere that an extension was put into place.
I just wanted to say thank you for the work put into moving the site etc and all the updates given during this time period. I just wanted some extra clarification on something in particular.
Now the shift back in November 2019, was to lower costs but it was evident back then that this move was not the most beneficial due to the aging code of the database. Which was evident in the second move a few days ago. Now what I want clarification on is this issue. You've stated that the move didn't work out and you're look at cost effective options.
One option you've listed was aws, but I could of swore the move in November of 2019 was to get away from aws costs? I know I remember seeing the tag of being under amaon's servers as i see these on a daily basis since most websites and governmental ones use aws for the most part. Why, would this be an option again? If originally it had already been one from the get go?

I'm going to be honest; I don't feel comfortable doing anything on the site right now with all the issues that have been happening and I'm pissed I'm wasting GA time right now, not going to lie. I'm worried I'm going to have more items going missing or events, or pings / mails / comments not sending / etc. I should not have to weigh my personal ability to compact site related stress to be here / use the things I've worked hard for.
I think I'm just going to take a break from the site for a bit while you guys sort this out. I'm really just... disappointed. Not surprised in the slightest, but still somehow disappointed. When we've asked for communication and transparency what we're actually asking for is: Updates that happen as SOON as you can deliver them. That these updates contain CLEAR information. And that the information is ACCESSIBLE to all users. This update was over 24 hours after the downtime, I can see a ton of users asking questions because the post is vague and no one knows what's going on, and it took hours for this to become accessible and available for us to respond to you guys.
Please prove me, and everyone else wrong and do better next time. Please.
When I logged on and found out that there was a wardrobe issue and items were los, I was thinking ok it might not be a big deal then I found out it was an issue for 4 MONTHS. My brain imploded and it made me sick to even look at the site, I have been gone for a week I think...Idk but I needed a breather for sure. I've also decided that until shit is working, I'm not putting my money into the site. I've put in a lot more then I usually do lately and I'm done because I'm not even seeing that it is worth it at this point.
