In the past couple of days I have used 3 morty cards and instead of giving me 5 csc for each of 5 quests to add up to 25 csc it only gave me 5 csc total for the first quest and nothing after that!!

This was one of the worst updates ever.

The site still had several November problems! And now that it looked like it was getting back to normal, LOTSSS of things are not working again... So again more 4 months to solve it all right? -.-

Pages always going down, blank pages, pages with errors. everything I try to do on this site I can't. Yesterday I couldn't even do the battles! My bathouse was restarted when I was almost 400. Not to mention the terrible lag D: The allert events that took so long to resolve (months!) are again down.

All this not to say that it was an update in the middle of an event (that make sense??), and in the middle of a global pandemic in which people just wanted to stay at home and play subeta.

Very sad!

Okay but why are staff so against using the news for news? Y'all said on Twitter you knew forums weren't loading and then posted the update on the forums.

Also this is exactly what I meant by Subeta is cursed with "improvements" making things worse. B')

I haven't seen any mention of pet incomes not being collectible. That's important to me because it's no small amt. I'm assuming that will be fixed along with everything else. I love this site and I don't experience it as being "off" more than it's "on." I'm here everyday and it generally runs smoothly.

I haven't been online for most of the day, (not because of the site issues, but because I had tons of chores to finish at home, haha!) but know that I appreciate all the work and the staff is doing trying to fix the site and get rid off the bugs.

Subeta has been such a great help for most users here, so thank you for all the effort you guys have done, I know you are all trying your absolute best. <3

Ok but what caused the security errors?

I can finally see forums again! .....but now all user profiles are broken. Here's to continued progress.

An error I keep getting, when I go to visit a specific userpage or petpage, it redirects me to the news!

, we've all been through this before. We should all be in it together. Take some downtime if it helps, I'm cool with whatever as long as we end up with a working site. But, y'know, if you wanted to include like 200 drawers in the new wardrobe instead of only 50 I'd totally spend some of that sweet stimulus check on CSC. Just sayin'.

still can't believe we got a NEWS POST... to give us a WORKAROUND for not being able to see this IMPORTANT INFORMATION instead of, and i know this is a crazy idea to staff, PUTTING THE IMPORTANT UPDATE IN A PLACE WER COULD READ IT. if ONLY there was a place for that! if only the site had a dedicated area to post updates that users could see that wasn't broken. if only there was a place for site updates to post news in... hmm.... if only....

this page is the only page that would open. No Games and no Explore but hey at least this page opened, this is the first forum page to open for me in 3 days.

Any page that doesn't have ".php" in the URL (such as the Explore and Games pages) will not load.

So, hey, I can read forum posts today, but I can't seem to navigate anywhere else on the site. So far, Games and Explore give me this (below) and for some reason the links are explore/news.php and games/news.php and there seems to be no work around. If you remove /news you just wind up back on the home page. Kind of irritating not being able to do my usual things...

Well, forums are finally loading, at least. I really don't know why this was apparently a better option than a news post.

Everything's still pretty laggy but maybe I won't get 503 errors every few clicks.
