I’ve been in and out here probably since October so I’m not sure what I’ve added to my wardrobe since November... I haven’t yet used the new wardrobe so should I only be trying to figure out what was removed by the backup? I don’t know how to go about this :/

Just a thought for everyone. If anyone had posted on the thread of what they had gotten from the Free shop, you could always check to see if you have those wearables in your wardrobe. I just checked all my posts on that thread and thankfully, all the wearables I got from the Free shop were there.
Oh no, I used the new wardrobe, and when I tried to remove an item, I had to press on the x two or three times on some items. Now I'm worried that I deleted items, and I'm not sure what to look up. I don't remember names of most things.
I'm thankful: -staff realized a problem occurred. -staff are open about informing us -staff are giving us 1k CSC & are fixing the problem -staff are putting in a large amount of time even though they have RL & families to take care of because they care
-I'm currently healthy -I can get food -I can pay my rent -I have a friend that is helping me deal with severe anxiety -My loved ones are still healthy
Staff, please take care of yourselves. Mistakes happen. Please don't be hard on yourselves. You're wonderful. ❤
In these tense times, let's be thankful for what we have rather than lament on pixelated problems.
I cant read this whole thread, is there a list of known missing items or not?
"So this means anything added in the past 4 months could be missing? I had started going through my SubetaLodge list and found a few but that was early Friday morning. So I should start again probably if I understand this."
What this means is that anything a user deleted from their wardrobe over a particular 24-hour period could be missing from your wardrobe, regardless of when it was added. For example, like most people I am missing my [item2=Acorn], which was added well over 4 months ago. The 4 months part of the equation comes from the fact that that's the last time the wardrobe was backed up.
🌈 I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days sneak up on me at once 🌈
Every time there's a major glitch we get the same patronizing people who insist we shouldn't get mad, they're working on it...the "it's a holiday, must be time for the site to have bugs!" joke stopped being funny to me 4-5 years ago
Oh lord, my wardrobe's so big there's no way I'll be able to tell what's missing without using something like SubetaLodge to individually check every potential wearable....
At least many items aren't liable to be hard to replace, though, so I'm not going to be fussed unless something expensive turns up missing.
I never delete anything from my wardrobe except lifelike pets after I have the set, and it's enormous! I definitely can't remember everything in there.

I honestly feel like an idiot because I just don't remember unless I suddenly think of it midway through an outfit or.. idek. I really should know it all but I really don't. I feel awful for the CW buyers, I have a few received as gifts, but I've always been envious of those that have so many and.. This is not that time currently. Hope you all have luck getting everything back. I know what it's like to get attached to items and it's awful ❤ Also shout out to the Subeta team, because glitches suck and it's got to be stressful dealing with them, too. Hope it works out for all of you guys and also thank you for the CSC ❤
Anyone has a list of non-CWs?
I'm glad the bug was caught so fast, and relieved I'm only missing two expensive items that I'm aware of. I feel for the people who lost more than me, all that time and money spent. Hope it's resolved soon.
The list pulled up has pages for both CWs and non-CWs.
Ah yes, let's shame the Subeta community for paying for "pixelated" entertainment. Is that not what the whole point of Subeta is? It doesn't matter if it's a video game or a site like this one, we're spending our money for entertainment purposes and services. It takes a level of trust that we will be able to enjoy what we have bought for as long as we wish. That trust is gone for a lot of us.
Do I think this was intentional? No. But, this was a long time coming, and it's about more than this incident. The staff checked out a long time ago. They don't care about the experience on Subeta anymore. They do not care about the individual player, they only care about the numbers. That's all we are. I know from personal experience in being patronized by staff, spoken down to during many occasions with blatant condescension. Of course I don't matter to them, I'm just one person.
You're asking us to hold hands and sing Kumbaya, patting the staff's back for doing the bare minimum after a careless and egregious mistake that could have been prevented.
We are customers. Products we purchased were deleted. This is wrong. It is not our responsibility to fix this, but that is what is happening, with people spending time creating lists, doing unpaid work for staff. People should be mad right now. We should not be shamed for what we choose to do with our money. Not to mention, we will never get back what we paid for, while the staff keeps all monetary payments. Are we going to get a refund? I don't think so. I honestly don't think they care whether or not this site keeps up. This is a job they used to have fun with, but now it's just a paycheck.
$10 worth of site-currency is insulting. Ever been satisfied to get in-store credit after a company made a mistake that cost you way more than ten bucks?
