For those not sure what they're missing, there's a user-compiled spreadsheet here that lists some of the common ones that people noticed were gone.

I lucked out in that my CWs are all present and I don't take much out of my wardrobe (and haven't added much recently) for sP items so I'm probably not missing a whole lot compared to 4 months ago...but still, again, yikes.

Yet, some minutes ago I was on a quest for Yellow High Tops and saw that this item isn't in my wardrobe anymore. Haven't buy it again.

Long story, short question: I have a SubetaLodge account running by the same username as here. Would it be possible to you compare my owned wardrobe list from SubetaLodge with the wearable items from the wardrobe here? I'm asking because I think it's maybe helpful for you to recover my items I collected over 14 years and that I'm not cheating to get items back I never ever had.

We better not fricken lose everything that we have acquired on the past 4 months. That's worse than the situation now. Especially since Survival was in Feb that means all the survival item ppl have gotten will be gone. Not to mention any other items they have acquired in that time period... For me that's a couple of hundred items. That is completely unacceptable.

sooooo... i have many items ive been playing for (around) 12 years? and got a bunch of stuff in my wardrobe

i have no means to know what is missing from my wardrobe as i cant remember all items, that is, if anything is missing at all (i cant quite tell)

If you don't know what's missing, just don't report anything.

They're still trying to work out a way to find the missing items and not relying 100% just on the reports BUT more information is always better. So aside from reporting things you've noticed, all we can do is wait

I checked and all my CWs are safe, but I haven't the time to go through the list and check sp items. I do know one of my old Tique items is missing for sure.

Thank you for the update and the csc, but it's very disheartening to hear the most recent backup is from four months ago. Not just for this incident; four months without ever checking your backups, while pushing pretty massive updates, is just incredibly irresponsible. [edit] I'm not here to pile on the angry bandwagon, I'm just disappointed. It's getting harder and harder to have faith this site's going to be around for much longer.

So will you be automatically restoring items that you verify were affected? Will it be given to everyone? For example if I don't report that my (a common reported missing item) is gone, will I still get it back sometime? Kinda still unsure on how it'll work...

Also, how come some items that people are reported missing didn't affect everyone? For example an equal handful of people on both sides are reporting that they lost or still have the same CW, according to the user spreadsheet. The only thing I can think of is how (I think) the users are divided up into different servers or something?

I'm also hoping that this won't turn into some kind of rollback to 4 months ago because on top of all lumi gifts, 3 holiday's worth of items, possibly black friday, birthday, and all the items I moved back into my wardrobe from my clothing gallery... That's a lotta items that's gonna get yeeted to who knows where.

I'm mindblown how AMAZING the support is. I remeber back in the days, where some noobie Support on Neo**** deleted my Pet with expensive Clothes and NC stuff, and ALL was gone for good. Didn't got any replacment. I'm really greatfull for this page.
