welcome back. Uh, as far as battling goes, let's see...

Last year there was a gelatin war, the year before that was a throwback event bringing back a bunch of old opponents for a while...

The battle quest opponent pool was updated with a lot of new additions...

There have been two unlockable challengers a month, one Cash Shop and one hidden, archived on this thread...

No really interesting weapon releases that I remember. The gelly war saw a new item, Maniacal Slappy Hand, but I don't remember much else of note.

Mechanically nothing's changed since the reset/cap raise in 2015, shrug emoji.

Will hit 500k tomorrow, which will mean I will use some to boost Haneul's health to 5200!

If I wasn't so lazy I'd convert my thousands of battle tokens into boosters, but having to buy and use that many one by one is a painful prospect.

I feel ashamed... I did not do BQs yesterday, I just lacked the energy and desire.... :( But I will get them done now.

Panzer Hydra Gauntlet got enough of an upgrade to be considered as a water+magma split blocker after you boost your str enough in a single battle, but it's still kinda janky.

Hydra core got a small upgrade that is so small I haven't heard of anyone using it, but if you micromanage it along side DGR, they make the best non-MSOD light blocker. but thats a big stretch.

Shattered Rift Blade was released for super high end pets, but is somewhat controversial.

BQs done...got to 500k EXP, spent some...Haneul's stats are now: Level: 1274 Health: 5200 / 5200 Strength: 3360 Defense: 2840 Speed: 2970 Intelligence: 2377

Checked out his rank... 499. I never thought I'd have a pet in the top 500...

Don;t feel bad, neither am I. But maybe once things pick up ... should be more interesting. We're due for the freebie challenger soon and then Masq should be starting this week maybe... So I kind of want to swap my pets around, so that Danil becomes my capped-battler/gourmand/bookworm/everything, and Occlumens becomes my secondary t11-in-training, and Numair is third at tier-whatever-Danil-is-right-now.

But that would cost a lot in CSC and sP, and time spent moving all their treasure around, and... I dunno.

In the meantime, 29/30 again.

(It actually wouldn't be all that expensive in terms of sP, it's just the CSC for the name changes. Hm.)

29/30 again. Also quests are being really stingy with Morty Cards. I think they can sense that I need CSC.

why do you consider that change, if I may ask?

the relative importance of their characters to me has changed.
