I reopened the thread for that error as we thought it was resolved. Can you post there with the users that you are trying to sMail.

sMail glitch?

If your autopricer is still not working, could you please file a ticket with the details: which shop it is, what day you tried to autoprice, and describe how it is not working. Tell whoever gets your ticket to please forward it to and I'll work with you there to find out what's going on. :)

Quick debrief in the interests of transparency, since there were some issues just now, I just want to let everyone know what happened. I was resolving some issues with billboards and advertisements today. (Getting all the major debugging done BEFORE Survival starts!)

The site experienced a few problems while I was tweaking things:

1. At 6:52 Subeta time, Gold Accounts started erroneously seeing advertisements around the website. This was resolved at about 7:00, so about 10 minutes.
2. At 7:19, webpages showed up blank across the site. This was fixed at about 7:22.

Right now, advertisements should be showing correctly again, not shown to GAs, and no more pages should be broken around the site.

Thanks for all your patience today and the past couple of days! As you might have noticed, I have been doing a lot of work to make sure things will run smoothly during Survival, tweaking code to make sure all the major features are working, sometimes breaking stuff a bit in the process (sorry!! it's not on purpose I swear) Now I'm finally done messing with code, and everything should be in order! I hope everyone has a great time this Survival, fingers crossed it's smooth sailing from here on out. <3
