Bug said that he/she couldn't answer to questions about specific bugs, but they are working to fix everything and that nothing is being ignored..that's enough for me. They will keep us posted.

I feel for them, trying to fix issues here and I know they must be busy in RL this time of year. One thing, my pet is safe with intelligence and book issue. Thankfully!
Also, priced items in legacy shops used to always be visible on SS at the top, they no longer are?!

Right now I've been getting application errors and/or 520s for 10 minutes everywhere! The forum loaded, though. Obviously.
o.k., post then didn't go through.
And, yes, it's been pretty slow overall. Stalling inbetween.
The Widget, Friend List isn't working atm as it is not showing anyone online when they actually are. I only discovered this because I have myself on my list and I didn't show up on the onlie list.
This was fixed for a while but now there is significant lag, to the point where I close out the tab and hope I can find the thread I want through my recent posts.
Also, can't get into the entertainment forum at all without an app error.
Question: Are we supposed to be getting double ad boxes? I do have a GA and know that most of the adds are gone, but on the forms page I get two ad boxes, which seems new to me....

Feeding pets occasionally leads to an app error. Not that big a deal, but I like seeing how my pets react to what I feed them. It's immersive in a way.
Just as a quick update on things, since it's been a while since my last update, and I know you guys like to hear from us.
- We previously had some issues with Subeta correctly redirecting HTTP to HTTPS. It would only redirect some of the time, not always. Now, it should always redirect correctly which means all traffic through Subeta will be guaranteed secure and encrypted. (Note that this was already the case as long as the links you've used to access the website begin with https. It was just that, sometimes, the site could still be accessed through HTTP and was not redirecting correctly.)
There's still a known issue with user code; that is, if users use imgur or other image URLs that are HTTP in things like forum signatures and pet profiles, those image links may not be secure and your browser may warn you about those. There is a limit to how much we can do with offsite links, since we can't control the security of other websites, but I am looking into ways to automatically fix these links around the site to the extent that we can.

The issue with quests not resetting is still being actively worked on! We promise we're doing our best, it's just a slow(ish) process, since we have to wait until midnight to know if our fix attempt worked. has been working on it and making changes to it every day. In the meantime, we appreciate your patience since this means a staff member has to manually reset quests every day and there might not always be a staff member online at midnight exactly to do this.

Finally, I just want to let you know I'm still working on the remaining bug reports in the forums, and I really appreciate your patience as I tackle it all. The ones left over are the ones that aren't as easy to fix, and I'll post updates on each bug report topic as relevant. For right now, I just want to briefly update that I'm still actively working on things and they have not been forgotten or abandoned. <3
