peeking in again - any suggestions for which cash shop challengers to pick up?

pity they aren't on discount, but i have none of them and figured i should probably pick up some of the old retired ones that drop useful loot, even if i can't beat them now, haha.

Gah there's so many challengers to choose from!!! Hmmm... books or weapons... impossibles or smushables, this could take me a while

I rarely use mine now that Tarrant can use the Swashbuckle, but I found it super useful before, I don't mind budgets though, if it's useful I'll get it, whatever it costs

So is the Swashbuckle a better weapon then, in the long run? Is it (the trident) super useful against certain challengers?

The Swash is the endgame wind blocker, and certainly better value for money (got mine for 100mil ish, vs whatever the trident costs), the trident also blocks wind and works for T8 and up (in it's 2nd form, nice baby weapon in it's 1st form too), Swash is T11 The attack icons of the trident are better for some guys, but it's not a huge deal really

@ NYX Apologies for the delay - had to get to the pc to check the item names (copy/paste is impossible on a phone <3) The most useful off the top of my head for battle loot would be the Sophie, Crithbolcon, Cinthilocks, and maybe Flamagia Items - Loot - Anything that drops a book is also fantastic, especially with multiple pets, this can help with the decision - The Guide to Challenger Loot

time!! Battle Quest

I'm still worried about neither of the challengers being released yet, especially since there was no news yesterday, and we still have the monthly quest shop items to be released too.

They said they would try to release both this month, but I really wouldn't mind the cash shop challenger being delayed into early December if they need to do that as long as they tell us that will happen, especially since they like to have certain amounts of time between news posts so they get enough attention. Or they could release both at once, but how would that work with the Wizard story?

I'm just really stressed about this. I don't mean to sound like a brat or anything, but all these errors caused by moving the server have caused so many delays and it's really disrupted the routine I'm used to. I know the staff might be busy and stuff, but that's why I don't want them to rush it and wouldn't mind them delaying things into next month if they need to as long as they tell us about it instead of leaving us wondering when they will be. I guess I also want some assurance that they know what they're doing when it comes to releases and announcements too.
