How are you all liking the new breed? :O I haven't hatched my eggs yet because I have literally no lair space right now XD I hope I get some good colors on mine :O I think it's a cool breed! Although, I know Birgit (ulalena) was saying she didn't want to see a 3-headed one where-as I would TOTALLY love to see that in the future XD

I love the new breed but the more I look at it in different colors and genes, the more I notice it has a certain flatness and lack of detail that I feel could be improved. But it looks nice and glowy in Radioactive so I suppose it's fine haha.

I would be happy to see a multi-headed dragon as well! (Sorry lol) I'm hoping the Arcane ancient will be something totally wacky and mutated with all sorts of extra limbs and wings, just like dear old Spacedad. And I hope it's some giant monstrosity to counterbalance the dainty little Fae (Arcane's native breed).

BLEH. I didn't get horrible colors ('s are hilariously bad) but they're definitely not my cup of tea. I do like some of the tert genes though-- Wraith is weird and unpleasant to me, but I really like Trimmings and Skeletal.

I've got a huge lair filled to the brim with fluffy gaolers and pretty skydancers though, so it's probably not terribly surprising that Banescales aren't quite for me. LOL.

I think you got great colors! But that's just me. I know you said you don't even like Wraith. X'D

I'm so glad you said that, because I agree completely! They definitely have a sort of "flatness" to them. Maybe they need more detail/shading to them. Are they adding an ancient for each element eventually? :O I clearly don't keep up with the news and such on FR D:

I like the Banescale well enough! Not my favorite dragon species, but I do like them! I haven't hatched my eggs yet...kind of afraid of the color combos I might get, haha. Oh, and a 3-headed dragon would be awesome. xP

Aw I know, that's understandable! I still prefer certainty to hope, myself...the sooner you know what you're dealing with, the sooner you can try to fix it if need be (or in this case, sell it, or whatever).

I believe they'll eventually release an ancient breed for every element, but only because I've seen those rumors around. I haven't seen an official source or anything.

Hm, at first I agreed that Algae sounded like a pretty tough break but I don't think these are that bad. Algae Girl is actually pretty festive! And I just plain love the purple one, I think lots of genes look good on him.

That would be awesome but I like the Forest secondary too, it goes well with the Peridot!

I'm sorry, I know everyone just wants to vent about not getting the colors they hoped for and I'm just like "Doo de doo, i ThInK tHeY lOoK sUpEr nEaT!!1" I honestly don't mean to be all like, "My opinion is superior and you're wrong and you should be grateful for what you get"...I'm just trying to look on the bright side and be helpful. Sorry I'm probably annoying. X'D

I don't know if FR ever does revamps but I've seen it mentioned on the forums so maybe they'll consider doing something about it. Or at least keep that feedback in mind for the next breed. Yay, another vote for multi-headed dragons! I can't say I really love them that much on Dragon Cave but that's mostly because they're so tiny it's hard to appreciate the details so they just kind of look like a mess. I think they could be done really well on FR though.

That's good to hear X'D That's fair! Maybe you can put some festive scries on her page and sell her to someone looking for Christmas dragons. She reminds me of decorations with holly berries and mistletoe (which has leaves that are kind of a weird green like that). I'm not the biggest fan of Christmas but at least that combo is timely (I sure wouldn't be excited about getting red and green together in like July though lol).

I'm not so sure if I'm happy or sad with my banescales, I hatched two females and traded one for a male that was much better, but I can't get a good scry out of them =(

I'm a little nervous about hatching mine too XD I'm going to work on training up some dragons to exalt today so I can hatch mine. Hopefully they are colors I like whimpers a little
