I really appreciate the fast fix, especially since it's 4:30 AM, and while I'm sure you are probably on the east coast where it's a little later, I wouldn't have been surprised or upset if nobody had got to this for at least 3-4 more hours!

Yes, I actually happen to live in the same time zone as Subeta time! So it's 7:30 here :)

Marez Ashar Surcoat. Bought it about half an hour ago. Not showing up on HA. If I search my wardrobe for items I own it shows up on the right and says it's in my wardrobe. When I hover over it in the left hand panel which shows the items I'm wearing I get the button to Search Shops.

It also shows up as being in my wardrobe when I do an account search.

EDIT - It finally showed up

There is a bit of a lag between putting an item in your wardrobe and it appearing in your wardrobe. I added a few items recently to my wardrobe for a new HA and it took maybe 10 or so minutes after for it to recognize it being there. I'm still waiting on an item to appear as owned.

I'm not sure if you missed my post a few days ago about my sister's () avatar being naked even though she has saved her avatar multiple times from her wardrobe. And the system clearly thinks she has a mask on because it's letting her dance.

ha ha thanks. I didn’t think to have her see if that box was checked or not! There’s a box in your wardrobe that you can check or uncheck depending on whether you just want to see your items or all items on Subeta. Let me know what items you are wearing and I’ll send you what I can. Easiest way to do that is save to shared outfits, reload the wardrobe, then go to the outfits section and copy the link and comment me with it.

The mask appears now on site, but still, the high waisted black skirt that was the first issue, still doe snot show on site, I already took the steps you suggested as well, I also cleared the wardrobe and all that and still, not showing.

ETA: Also, still, no matter what I put on, there is one thing that does not show on site. Such as I switched my HA right now again and the shirt doesnt show up either, the mask shows, but damn it, still issues.

Been having the same problem as some other people in this thread, where owned items won't show up on my avatar for a while after I add them to my wardrobe. It's been an issue for the past few days. Clearing the cache doesn't seem to do anything.

The items show up in my wardrobe when I have the "only show items you own" box checked, but when I hover over them it still gives me the "shop search" option instead of the "item in wardrobe" message.

[edit] They showed up! Only took about 10 minutes this time. The other day it was more like half an hour

Some of the items my avatar is wearing don't show on the site. I dress my HA in the wardrobe module alright, save it and when I return to the main site/forums, my HA lacks some of the items. If I return to the wardrobe - it appears complete on the preview. I tried resetting it, removing all the items from my wardrobe and moving them back there (helped with SOME of the clothes, but not all of them), switching outfits, saving and redressing it again - but some of the items just won't show. Peacockulous Wig for example. What's going on?

Having the same issue as stony. I sure wish i could wear the Shrewd Baroness Portrait I just spent all my trinkets on. But it appears in the wardrobe and not on site. I've tried redressing, clearing my cache, hard refresh, dress is still missing.

how long should I wait? I took everything out of wardrobe, cleared my HA put everything back and put the clothes back on but still missing stuff.
