Site has been lagging a bunch for me still, some times it's fine for a few minutes but then I get a huge lag spike. I haven't been able to do all my quests in a while, it just takes so long :/
I'm running into some slight lag too. It's take a bit of time for the shop search pages to load and I can't buy anything from user shops until the page has finished loading and sometimes even after the page has finished loading I still have to click buy twice for it to register.
[edit] Just finished all my quests and due to the lag it took about 2 hours longer that it normally takes me because I had to wait for pages to load. Also the forums are taking a while to load again.
This morning was all good for the first time in weeks for me, but right now, it's back to crap. WR took half an hour of refreshing to load, no kidding.

For some reason this is the only forum that loads without my posting first...at least I can edit after I post, but it sucks having to guess the topic of discussion beforehand.
The forums are very laggy... topics refuse to load posts again.
Hi everyone - I just logged on.
Sounds like our changes yesterday helped a LOT with the 2 AM and overnight lag. Hooray!
It looks like today, there was an incident around 4 PM (Subeta time) affecting one of our servers. It looks like it lasted about an hour? We are investigating what happened and how to prevent it.
Right now, all servers are showing Healthy again - Let's hope it stays that way :)
[edit] Hm, I do notice a couple forum loading issues are ongoing. Looking into it.

Starting to get some 404 errors right now, usually goes away with a refresh.
We have identified and resolved the 404 errors. Thank you for the report.
The forum issue seems to be ongoing unfortunately, and we are still actively looking into this. What I notice is that they frequently don't load (that is, seem to load forever) but then they'll load if you refresh the page. So if you run into this, as a temporary workaround, try refreshing the page if the forum is taking longer than a few seconds to load.

Running fine but got a 521.
For the past two days the site has been running smoothly but I am still getting some lag off and on but nothing like I have been getting, thank you for all the work you have done to improve this site, I really appreciate it a lot.

Ssslllooowww...so slow to the point of dropping it, not doing nothing but leave the site. Not surprised though...
Everything was running fine until the news post!
The servers seemed to catch up with the donating mania after a few hours? The site seemed smooth for a while then. Yesterday evening had occasional short and easy waiting times. This morning it still looks the same. Feels as if the page intermittently comes to a hold to think things over, then fullfills its task after all.
I haven't encountered issues at all today.. .not even with the donation mania from a few hours ago... maybe I wasn't in the same server?

It's been terribly slow ever since Keith pinged us to his update thread from yesterday something around noonish today.
Not really lag-related, as the site seems to be pretty smooth for me today, but I was just getting a whole bunch of 521 errors.
