It's sooo bad in the forums right now
It's even worse...forum threads aren't loading anymore and the wardrobe isn't fine as well... :( I have little time due to much work and I can't really do anything on this page...
Site is fine, but threads not loading - everlasting loading bars without progress.
Every night at midnight ...so curious o_o

I was referring to the other problem where wardrobe and forums would not load at all. I realize this is a different issue.
Have you guys noted any recent improvement with the site speed and pages loading better?
If not, can you make a note with which areas you're having trouble with and on which browser?

The site does get better later in the day, but right after midnight is seems to get slow again for several hours. And it’s pretty much site-wide, with the forums seeming to get the brunt of it.
There's a definite improvement in the forums but the wardrobe is still weird and there's still broken images popping up at random on Chrome. [edit]"Tormirgard Anyu Pendant is not yet ready for the Avatar System :( Try again in a few days!" Lame. It looks like a Witcher pendant, I want to see. :c
Since what time today? From the start of Lumi at 12am to 12pm (the bulk of the hours I have free time to play) there are major site issues. I wouldn't so much call the problem "lag". It seems to stall out completely with brief moments of getting pages to move.
Buying from an NPC shop there seems to be a cache issue where I buy an item get an old or cached page, freeze for some time (short and long periods of time) then finally get the page showing I bought an item. Once I push the Back arrow I get the cached page again for 20 seconds to 20 minutes.
Just a few hours ago I thought I would do some quests and kept getting a mostly blank page saying "Page not found" ...anyway I'm pretty frustrated as I've spent quite a bit of real $$ here lately.
The biggest issue for me right now seems to be forums, but it does seem better than before. n.n
There always seem to be lag after midnight - on all pages. I am using the latest version of Chrome (71)
I can attest to what the others have said. It's almost like a lag/timeout switch is thrown at midnight (yes, I realize this isn't actually how things work) and it doesn't get better until noonish (ET). This is site-wide.
The lag has improved but after midnight the lag is on and off still when I'm trying to do quests.

It's still happening after the site switchover. Questing is difficult.

No. Midnight still kills the entire performance of the site.
The post-midnight lag mentioned does seem to be back again. It has happened like this every night for the past week; things are fine before midnight, then the site slows down significantly as soon as the day changes. I'd estimate it takes about 30 seconds to load one page and it lasts for several hours. I usually just go to sleep instead of trying to put up with it so I'm not sure exactly when it returns to normal, but often it's fine after I wake up.
