HEY were you two in cahoots with one another? both of you in bad situations. i am truly sorry these things hapened to you guys..SpiritedLass i am happy for you the setting worked and avoided you a surgery Sydney wow yu would think that it is an easy opertion..like one they are familar to seeing..has it caused you MORE ain afterwards then it hurt before the surgery?? you both better get ready for dancing. though i think it will be hard for you both . luckily it wont really hurt you dancing here WHEW!!

well before I didn’t have to take prescribed painkiller. But not done June is my right hand, I have carpal tunnel which for me I am a rare bird it’s inherited and base of thumb joint has to joint material so it’s bone on bone. Same conditions in left hand. I did cortisone shots which didn’t work in right hand.

I just wanted y'all to know my daughter named her child Mayhem right well he already caused some Mayhem the day my daughter got home from the hospital two days ago my daughter thought since she wasn't pregnant anymore she would take our great dane/lab mix for a walk well she got outside the door with him and pulled her down the brick steps to the concrete sidewalk where she broke her wrist just twenty minutes of being home this is the same daughter that was in the bad accident in 2011

last time I got sneaked with love it was from a Great Dane. I was 16 walking home and our neighbors dog was gently letting me know, he wasn’t done playing and getting affection. I was walking along suddenly my whole hand was wet. Big pooch had my hand in his mouth. After initial shock, I realized I never felt his teeth. He was a gentle loving giant. OMG poor girl broken wrist and newborn to take care of! from your mouth to God’s ear! I am right handed so recovery from that surgery will be made hard. But worth it!

Sorry I have been missing a few days. Am waiting patiently (for me) for the dancing to start. Read thru all the broken wrists, surgeries, and good stuff like a lovely weapon looking for use. I don't feel quite so bad as it has been the same for me asthma triggers going off at the most inconvenient times. However we are planning a days trip south of here to a caravan park near a National Forest. Looking for a holiday house to get away from the work in progress on our home. We are doing the work in progress and need a break. Lovely to hear all the news (pages worth of news - GREAT). Promise to come back sooner than later :)

I don’t know how I will take care of the teabags when I make tea. Which will be a struggle all day, I don’t leave the bag in the cup. I have list of struggles now wish I could use both hands for daily tasks. Well I could start practicing!

Well, we all have candy dishes that everyone thinks is an ash tray! Agreed, only being able to use one hand is a horror not a challenge. The other night I had to take a hammer to a plastic bottle of meds that I couldn't open.

@ spiritedlass how did the hammer work for you did you end up smashing the bottle and the pills went everywhere I hope not now that would have sucked but it would have been funny to watch lol sorry for my sense of humor but I watch videos like that on Facebook with my wife

Rylie this morning let me know she's got great potential for being a little monster. I left the upstairs cat gate open on my way down this morning. I took the girls out and brought 'em back in, zombie-lurched to my coffee. When I turn around she's on the stairs just waiting for me to notice that she's almost to the gate. WAITED till I told her not to go up there, SMILED at me and just FOOM! hauled hiney through the gate. I swear if she had the right voice box I'd have heard "bahahahaha!" retreating down the hall.

Rylie is sneaky like Roxy. If we don’t close the gate to the room they stay at night. She will go over there and stay, we fear of her being alone since her brother died. One second that gate is open she will head over to sleep.

The other day Rondo was whining and cry because we had to take Roxy for checkup. His so attached to her, and depends her. He hug my leg and followed hubby and I around.

Thanks! I didn’t know I was getting appointed but happy to be part of a team to help the bears while Laurie isn’t feeling well and busy in RL. Thanks for dancing with those listed on forum signature all three have health issues.
