Hi, I keep wanting to be active in this part of the forums and to hopefully become a better battler by osmosis but I'm terrible at chatting and stuff. So whatever, I'm just gonna randomly appear out of nowhere and post my accomplishment of the day. I eked out one more win against Prodigy for 6/10 toward the achievement. Over halfway to gettin gud, yeehaw!

when i came back from hiatus and started taking battling seriously, i was under the impression that gelly wars were a yearly thing, but i guess they aren't :c (i did a quick google and they've been mostly in the august-september range, with some earlier (may) and some later (december). so it seems to be a thing they can do whenever they please, i guess? so hopefully we get one this summer!)

Yeah, I don't think there's really a set schedule for the gelatin wars, but it seems to be like every couple of years or so.

I guess whenever the battle admins feel like it's okay to have more of the loot and stuff released into the wild lol.

i checked cos i wasn't sure if i was misremembering/misread the google search results, and it turns out they've done a gelatin war every year between 2006 and 2017 except for 2015 (we got the shengui guo plot instead)... all we got last summer was neugarten drama and a quest-a-thon ;o;

though i did just learn that (assuming none of this has been retconned) the local punching bag, aboxalypse, is the spawn of hydragellos. and maleria conjured the gelatins in the first place. so that's?? neat? ;0
