Only one amulet from Quentin today, but I got a tome out of it so I'll take that as a win. :)

Haha that definitely counts as a win. I always wait to turn in my amulets until I have a bunch hoarded away. I’m sure it doesn’t matter but it seems like I have a better success rate that way than if I turn them in as I get them.

My last fairly big turn-in was nine amulets, and not a single tome. I horded my quest-a-thon amulets and turned in 29, only got two tomes in return. So from now I'm only going to let the Mage disappoint me in small batches. :D

Lol that’s fair. I turned in over 100 last time, and I can’t remember the exact success rate but it was a bit above par. My philosophy is the more I turn in at a time, the higher the chance that the ratio will even out. And the less angry I will be ?

I always wonder what algorithm is used on site for random events and drops.

We had freezing rain on Friday and so I'm not risking the sidewalks until I have to when I go to work on Tuesday which means sadly I'm missing an event I wanted to go to today but I have plenty of battling time on my hands. :) Right now I'm taking my newest battle pet through plenty of T3 doable battles.

Good luck! There's not much to it other than catching a lucky break. It's completely luck-based so you just spam the the 'Make Your Turn' button and hope for the best. I put the BHB behind my attackers in case I got her health low enough where a heavy strike would make a difference. It only worked out once, but that's still a win :P

I beat her 7 times so far using cronus, ME, reviver, pquil, soma, rblaster, energized helmet and the mecha. My pet is not capped.
