Well, hosting a contest is definitely expensive, but in terms of dropping 100 tickets, meh, it's not bad. One mega ticket is only 15500sP, so, 100 tickets is only 1.5m sP. You can make that back from a handful of generous questers. It does take an annoying amount of time, as you can only buy a ticket every 5 seconds, and it's ornery about it. Plus, there's the chance you get a good potion too! I just looked, and of the 31 potions, 18 sell for >1.5m, so you could plausibly make money out of the entire scheme.

Speaking of... If anyone wants to buy a Nightmare Potion at a discount...

yea it is not that bad but if you loose then you get nothing for the 1.5m :/

i usually keep all potions i get from anywhere if i ever need them XD (or use as gift for holydays/birthdays or just because i want to give someone a potion) i have 4 Nightmare Potion rotting in my vault together with 2 Cherry, 2 Glade, 1 Gold, 1 Graveyard, 1 Nuclear, 1 Silver, 1 Spectrum and 1 Storm XD there was a Glacier potion too but i used it 3 days ago when i made my pet

Oh yeah, I typically keep all mine. I rarely change up my pets, so, most times, the potions will become fodder for contests (if I ever hold them.) I store all mine here. Congrats on the new Glacier pet!

So, I'm confused- our clocks changed from 1am to 3am. Correct me if I'm wrong, but wouldn't you have already missed your opportunity to donate to the Recycle Beast and such, considering he resets at 12am, a full hour earlier? I know the time changes get funky when compared to overseas, though, I've never had a complete understanding. Just, the 3/10 day cycle was unchanged, and the 3/11 cycle was shorter by 1 hour, but with 21hours coming after it to complete everything.

Wikia says that you've got a 1/8 chance of getting a Tome from the Mage (17%). One time I turned in 100 amulets and got 15 Tomes ... but then next time I turned in 100, I only got iirc 9. The joys of randomness!

I'm confused too! Normally Subeta-midnight is at my 5am, but at my 4:16am this morning (or last night depending on how you look at it) the Subeta-clock said 00:16. Maybe I didn't look at the local clock yesterday and just went by the Subeta clock?

: if is anywhere outside the US (Subeta+5 sounds like UTC: jolly olde England! Portugal, or most of Western Africa?), or one of the several places in the US that doesn't change clocks, their time relative to Subeta has changed, and rollover will happen an hour earlier than they're accustomed to.
