Sage. I especially love this recipe: Put 1 stem of sage and 1 teaspoon of honey and a slice or orange and the pulp of half a bourbon vanilla pod in a big latte glass and pour hot water over it, let it brew for 6 - 8 minutes. ItΒ΄s yummy and healthy! <3 We brew it very often.

Good today, I am soooo happy our vet appointment went well yesterday! All cats behaved very well and are healthy, Malu is fixed now and our oldest, Neele, who is going to be 14 in May has blood results like a young kitten, perfect! I hope I wonΒ΄t see the vet this year again, LOL

Yes, today the psyche needs a wellness day. Traveling where ever my list takes me at the moment with soothing hands, lofty strains caressing my ear with my eyes teamed with the inner visions to take the breath away still while fingers tap the right keys here. Safely done from the confines of my home on this day while a northeaster is gearing up outside - very nasty, very high winds, constant rain, snow later, evacuation has already happened as there will be loss of homes, 3 high tides with the worst damage tomorrow.

I could use a wellness weekend to try to get better! I have a nasty cold :c My favorite area would be if thereβs any of those relaxation therapy animals that help you destress! I could use a good destress session haha.

My least favorite is exercise :)

yes, gotta do it, like going to the dentist but way more often.
exercise is worth it for avoiding heart disease and depression etc, weight loss is mostly in vain heh
